this could be the coolest form of martial arts i've ever seen. if anything its the closest thing i've ever seen to practicing for a street fight; close quarters, lots of grappling, and lots of swinging.
It's great to see toudi with the original intent intact. Okinawan Karate's greatest attribute is its adaptability and decisiveness. The kata change little, yet the analysis is infinite and by no means static. Here's proof that two-person drills can be very helpful in true self-preservation arts; if done correctly. The "Middle Path" is the main rule in this reality. Props to McCarthy Shinshii and his karate legacy for perpetuating this!

Man I can actually say with all the BS floating around out there this is one of the most trealistic and effective systems of martial skill.

I noticed with this drill, the katas are revealed if you use your stances.

It's called Kihon Uke Waza Futari-Geiko - Techniques of Receiving. I shouldn't forget this drill again.

One of my favorit drills - I simply love the agressive intensity in it.

I did this drill several times. I think this drill is called Futari-Geiko or something like that. I think it means Techniques of Recieving.
