There are alot of phrases that can be directed at blacks if the don't "follow suit".

The blacks that are willing to go against the trend and support conservative/traditional ideals are brave indeed. Because all someone who disagrees with them has to say is "you're an Uncle Tom" and boom. It's no longer a matter of issues, but of rhetoric.
