  • Dude, the animation is really scary. It freaked me the hell out.

  • @honeybee908 your first time watching claymation?

  • Watched this in choir:)

  • I remember seeing this somewhere, and it blowed my mind for some reason. It seemed as if I was the only one who knew about Peter and the Wolf, and was somewhat unusual to me.. I loved it!

  • Is That Santa Claus Sleeping ?

  • this movie rocks, if your going to give something special this film is indicated

  • Cool.

  • me da miedo

  • Comment removed

  • @raconcitilion a mi tambien seguro que estan vivos esos juguetes

  • Saw this on Netflix; I was very impressed. The orchestration and stop-animation imagery flow so well together. One of the best - if not the very best - short films I have ever seen.

  • Spoiler alert duck dies

  • @officerbob54 Spoiler alert oboe dies

  • after the ellow duck got ate by the wolf peter just stared at the screen for 5 minutes it made me LOl

  • ):17 was epic fail, you could see the duck was ataches on to a string

  • @billywhite1231998 in some point of the movie, this black bird is atached by peter on a string that leads to a helium baloon.

  • @strokein24 oh right lol

  • meep

  • are that puppets?

  • anybody got a link?

  • @hennie148 when that happened I was like....damn...

  • I just watched this on netflix and it is quite interesting

  • I was feeling nostolgic, because when I was younger, we went to the symphony almost every saturday morning, and I saw this in live concert with puppets. It was magical for me, and this film surely does my childhood memories justice. It added interesting bits to the story, and it was visually beautiful. You can watch it on netflix now, I've been watching in non stop :).

  • I LOVE DA GOOSE! -3

  • where the bloody hell di I just listen to the song?

  • does anyone know how the song is in the background?

  • @loona510 t's Peter and the Wolf. (the song is the same name as the movie)

  • shownup who are you??? Or at least what school do you go to??

  • Wonderfully done and interesting variation on the classical tale.Loved the animals and hated the violent men who mistreat Peter at the beginning. Fabulous animated feature for all the family. Amazing sound quality, too !

  • We had to watch this in Choir.

  • I almost thought Tim Burton helped with this one, haha seems his styl! ^_^ <3

  • @MrShanagood amazing that they would dedicate so much time to this project. the longest production time that i know of is the nightmare before christmas, but unfortunately, i don't know how long it took. one thing i heard was that it took almost a decade.

  • mr askew showed me this

  • @TheSatan360 and hes a faggot

  • god this movie is beautiful but creepy!

  • I seen this about two years ago and never seen the name. I have been searching for it ever since. FINALLY today I found out the name... And I can't even find it to re-watch it... But YAY I found it!! :O

    Simply Brilliant!

  • i love the movie its awsome

  • where the heck is the wolf?????

  • Masterpiece and timeless...

  • Brilliant. I saw this on DVD.

  • this short film was amazing if you understand the significance that it was trying to portray

  • Amazing! I love it!

  • This looks like tim Burton's work! I LOVE HIM! :D

  • How does it look like Burton's work?

  • Probably because it's stop-motion with puppety-sticky figures, like Tim Burton's films.

But it doesn't look much like his style apart from the medium.

  • It may not look much alike, but it still remind me of his work.

  • @VickiO1963 You should check out other stop motion shorts. Theres so much more out there than Tim Burton. Suzie Templeton did a great job with this especially with the character Peter, making his eyes so expressive. She has this other short called 'Dog' its kind of sad but still good.

  • Yeah, and Burton usually makes stop-motion films and shorts.

  • Aaaand nobody else does?

  • Lolz, well he's the only stop-motion film maker I know.

  • @IPunchaUInTheFace

They're allowed to be reminded of things that aren't precisely the same thing you know. Like, you remind me of a man, but we all know you are not.

  • But what if that thought of me is intentional? ;)

  • すごく可愛い!!

  • I saw this in Australia! Lovveedd it!

  • WOW

  • Cara... nunca tinha ouvido falar desse desenho, mas adorei!

    Parabéns!

  • OMG i saw the world premiere it was so good.

  • It was the fact that the setting of this tale was in a modern Eastern Europe possibly still in the Soviet era and it had a washed out and depressed look and feel to it that drew me in, although it is short it has very interesting touching and moving moments that I found all of it to be easy to watch and enjoyable. I became very engaged about this classic animation work ever since I first discovered it on the TV by accident

  • This was SUCH an amazing film. Seriously magic!

  • @SteveTheSkorie i could be the Flautist haha

  • They look kinda creepy.

  • What would you call this type of animation? I used to love watching similar animations that where in Gaelic and German when I was young. They were mainly fairytales. Does anyone know what I mean? And does anyone know where I could find them? I'd love to see them again.

  • stop-motion animation

when it's done mainly with clay or plasticine it's called claymation

  • This was a smashing film when i saw it.

  • nominado al oscar como mejor corto de animacion, donde un estudiante de la unam participo y tambien la unam esta como co-productor de este cortometraje de animacion!!! felicidades!!!

  • so funny when they are iceskating

  • Sólo me bastó una pequeña muestra para que i mente echara a volar y a soñar...me encantaría verlo...alquien sabe como conseguirlo???
