I was growing 3 plants for my depression and got arrested for folony marijuana possession 2 pounds. Luckily my lawyer has told me that the way they acquired it was illegal since they went into my property without a warrant and used city code citations as an excuse to search the premisis. And its fucked up they gave my dad 41 citations which 3/4 of arent even true and we have the pictures to prove it. Damn houston pd is so crooked
