I get no sound with my axiom 25 in my FL 9 - it works fine with reason 5...when I rewire reason throught FL then I can trigger my reason sounds but I can record them in FL and I cant controll anything in FL.. I have done everything she said ??? plz help sum1 thnx

On the other computer this worked fine, but on my own the controller is not in the list:( I have been trying to connect it for two days now, it seems not to work. My keyboard is connected by midi2usb. does anyone know how to show it in the MIDI Input list? There is something, called MPU-401, but it's also in the output list. Is this the problem?

I have a yamaha keyboard and fl recognizes it and says its active but when i push a key on my keyboard it doesnt work with fl and the light doesnt flash up, help pls? Is it because im using the demo?

Well, Fruity Wrapper or FL studio itself is filtering some MIDI parameters, like Controller #1 - modulation, so i have to Link to Controller. Its so annoying that it doesnt support all midi signals to stock settings of VST or VSTi

Oh.. ! one more thing... It's important to set the buffer length samples at a low setting located under Audio, direct sound properties. You'll have to experiment to get it right. If you don't, then the sound will be delayed when you press a note on your keyboard. However if you want to record live audio with your ASIO driver, you will probably have to set your butter back up where it was.... like maybe 186ms.

Thanks for this video, I finally was able to get my keyboard to work in FL5. The part in this video at 1:27 on "remote control input" was set to "none" by default and when I selected a port instead of "none" then it worked ... thanks again.

Press f10 in FL studio, then press the MIDI tab, then click enable, and from the list of controller types click generic controller. (The recording is vocal recording). Hope this helped!

Tried recording midi after u press x for the message u got. I press the record button after it and it starded to record my midi input :)

Think u also have to turn on Record to step sequencer. Under the system usage stuff u ll see a piano pictogram. So click that one on. Might be working.

Hey y'all. I'm using FL Studio 8 and I just purchased a Korg k-25 MIDI Controller but I encountered some problems:

1. The sound isn't in-sync with the stroke of the keys (it's slower).

2. The sound volume is softer compare when I hit the play button.

3. When I send something to piano roll and start playing, I can hear what I play but it doesn't appear on the piano roll window.

Since I'm new to this, ideas and/or enlightenment would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Woo lol I haven't seen any reason to upgrade to FL8 yet but based on the assumption that it isnt much different than FL7 i might be able to help u out with the first two problems. The reason for this is Latency, I.e. the time it takes the puter to calculate what you do. if you search youtube there are heaps of vids out there that tell you how to set it up. apart from that the third problem i havnt encountered in FL7 so i cant help u there.
