  • I love Muay Thai. My trainer told me that shadowboxing is 90% of the art, the rest is bag work. You're very fluid and agile. Great vid.

  • hey thanks my friend, great help...take care and wish you the best

  • i wouldnt like to fight this guy... if he can perform all those techniques in the ring well lets just say you wouldnt know what hit ya. those reverse quicks are crafty and those reverse elbows will knock you out for sure if they connect.

  • good tips good demo i definitly need this!

  • I bumpped into this guy yesterday. NIce guy, humble. Looking at this, his skillz are off the hook! Also does a lot of work for charity. A real example of what a martial artist should be.

  • Niiiiiiiicccccceeeeeee!!!!

  • Question to anyone really but im starting mma at a gym soon and watching this makes me realise i need more practise lol. My problem is im great at round house kicks with my left leg which I have been practising for ages but im pretty much useless at kicking with my right leg. Im southpaw by the way, so is there any effective ways to train so I can balance it out or should I just concentrate on using my right leg more? Sounds obvious but nice to have some advice.

  • I am a natural righthander, but have forced myself to train southpaw for the last 3-4 yrs. Like Nike says, "Just do it". In terms of kicks kick the bag 5,000 times til it comes 2nd nature. Left cross, --same thing. Whatever you're trying to do, if it needs work then do it over and over till you get it.

  • Observe how you kick with your left, and then slow it down... and try to d the same with your right and make sure u have it almost perfectly the same... Just keep at that for a while and then train them both at the same pace. You should never rely on just one limb. After all your only as strong as your weakest one... I am similar with my left... I use my right kick more often than left, leaving left out of practice. Just think like there is no left or right. They are the same thing. perfect it.

  • What's the kick when he spins with his left leg? Like a spinningback kick just that he gets around like a roundhouse. And which martial art?

  • @JapaneseDemonTengu muay thai :I

  • i could use a trainer like this :/ learning alone sucks

  • nice skillz im new at muay thai trainin but are u like a instructor cuz ur skillz are nice

  • Good tutorial.

  • He looks like he has a pretty good form on everything but in muay thai, i dont recommend ducking much where i seen people get ko even in sparring

  • Rarely do I see ducking in Muay Thai, lest you get caught up by a knee.

  • Excellent!
