I don't think they are lip syncing .. During a concert a singer always pre-recorded his/her song .. because in a concert you don't expect to have your voice sounded the same after soo many songs .. they are singing live but the one they recorded was playing as well .. But the microphone volume was a lot louder then the recorded one .. it's to prevent voice damage to the singer .. they must not push their voices off limits .. I've been to a lot of concerts so I kinda know (in case ur wondering)
