  • Is this an advance posture, im new to yoga and I feel I can use this for my depression. You are an inspiration. Namaste.

  • It takes time. Never be in a hurry. One good way is sit with your legs infront of you and bend over them to stretch then try this posture. It is like muscle opener for this posture.

  • i can't get my legs to straighten
