I don't believe what my parents believe honestly I don't even believe the same belief as my parents now i don't know if that is because i have a few different beliefs in my house. But you are right most of the time I agree with my parents about random stuff like polatics out of all things thats what i agree with them about. Dont know why in my mind the stuff they believe seems fair to everyone so idk and this comment probably is not helpful what so ever to the conversation... xD

It is actually true. The mind loves repitition. Even as you may deny it in the face of anyone, so long as you have been fed it continuously and it does not sound too far fetched from realuity, one can believe anything. Of course, there are also other factors to work against this, but I am just trying to socialise. I really have not spoken to anyone in weeks.

I find it kind of funny how most people believe what their parents do, from your observations. I do find most people get their guidelines from their parents, but I only live with my mom. I am in middle school. I am an only child and have no father. I do not agree with most things with my mother. I have completely different political and religious views. There may be some things we do agree on, but not much I can think of.

I'm Agnostic. I tend to not believe or disbelieve anything. I do think things more than others but I don't put much stock in any of it. This lets me to look at things from multiple pov's. When it comes to people I've experienced a lot. Always have several possible scenarios playing out in my mind. Anyone can be lying at any time about anything. It's extremely rare for people to surprise me. I take that much into account all the time... Makes receiving gifts a very boring experience. >.>;

jimmy-- well there are a few ways people can come into what they believe. Some believe things because they are taught-- some come into believing after it is sought. I was taught a particular way but like I mentioned in the previous comment- at a certain point, I had to find answers for myself- not limit my knowledge to what others decided to feed me
