Not exactly sure but it is something to do with following correct procedures when going into administration. It's about how creditors are dealt with. The problem is with not owning our own stadium we have no assets. The revenue from conference and functions rooms used to bring in around £50 grand a week on top of gate receipts. Sale now take twenty percent of home match revenue as rent plus any takings from the bars and food vendors on match day. The admin cannot make us a going concern.

Good luck Saints! I'm a Stockport fan and our situation, albeit on a lesser scale, is going to the wire! Edgeley Park, our home venue is no longer owned by the club. Our Chairman Brendan Ellwood, sold his control of our club to Sale Sharks. We are now just tenants in our former home. We cannot come out of administration due to the fact that a buyer cannot be found. Basically it could be a matter of weeks before we go out of existence. But we'll be back no doubt!
