This guy is an imbicile. I thought ppl hith PhDs were supposed to be intelligent? He talks about all these other healthcare programs failing... Like in France? Like in Brittain or Canada? What is this moron talking about? The biggest failing healthcaee system is by far the US. Then when you factor in the fact that they put in an astronomically greater amount of $ than any other country, its absolutely absurd. With all the $ being spent, the US should be #1 in healthcare, yet theye not even close
