Can I get a thumbs up for CORRECT steps?

1. Pep piece - Make sure it neat, and add support struts if necessary

2. Paint Resin on outside of piece and let set hard for support.

3. Paint resin inside the piece :

3(a) Let set, then spray adhesive and glue mat in place.

3(b) or while inside resin is still wet attach mat pieces.

4. Add a filler to the outside of the piece to make sanding easier and safer.

Cloth on the outside of the piece requires a lot of unsafe sanding. Use a filler instead.

Hey bro you need to resin the outside first then resin the inside and put the cloth on the inside while the resin is still wet. Then brush some more resin on the fiberglass cloth to make sure it's in there good. Jus some advice for next time.

He said this is for airsoft so it doesnt matter if the outside has rough edges. Personally i would much rather have a rough exterior than interior if im gonna be running around with this on my head

greenarrow 102986 is right, you should't fiber glass the ouside, only the inside. other wise the out side will have very rough edges, and will have a fiber texture. insted, bondo to outside.
