Mordecai's VA is spot-on with the character, but I'm not sure about the pseudo-British accent.

The voices are not what I would expect. Viktor is a huge bad attitude guy and the voice is to high pitched. Mordecai is from New York why is he speaking british?

Well he was a hired assasin right? and in this time weren't there a lot of immigrants to New York? mainly british and irish? just sayin. though i'm no history major... and viktor wasnt always bad attitude, like this comic suggests. As well as the comic where he and mordecai are trying to impress that woman at the train station. Just saying, all in all it's great fan work. Not everythings perfect dun be so harsh. ^^

Not bad dialects but not the voices I would have chosen. Victor sounds a little on the scrawny side. Mordecai is too overracted to me. Not a bad start though-- I'd suggest rehearsing a bit more so you can focus on speaking more than the actual dialogue:)
