I was the guy in the white TJ that gave you thumbs up and you followed me into the oval. Fantastic rig man. It sounds awesome and the boggers look sick!! Do you do much wheelin with the ol gal?
no kidding, thanks, not a bad looking rig you got either. I havent wheeled it in quite a few years, just take it out and go for a ride a few times a year.
Thanks. Its nothing special mostly stock drivetrain and internals. Just has a 4.5inch lift with a 2inch body lift and 33inch swamper LTBs. Mike Im going to send you a request on FB today and we can shoot the BS on there instead of here.
Hey there, I have a jeep just like this that i am restoring and i really like the way yours looks and performs! I have a couple questions, I would like to know what size of tires you have and the type of suspension like the springs and such that you are running, I would really like mine to be like that so if you can tell me that would be great! Thanks.
i have a 79 cj 6in sus with 35s bfg goodrich mud terrains(best tires everyone)and i need some places to go my jeeps got ball so i need some better places to go.
Gotta love the sound of a well tune V8 in a Jeep. Sounded like it barely got above idle most of the time.
I have not tried anything that "extreme" yet because I have my kids in the Jeep with me when I go wheeling. Plus my "boss" freaks out if she thinks I am going to break my daily driver. So a third car is on the wish list so I don't have to worry about "excuses for upgrade."
fuck samurais, the only reason he didnt have trouble up that hill is because it has slightly bigger tires the the driver was knew a little more about what he was doing
Nobody said anything about challenging...looks like they're just out having fun with what they have in the area. I don't care what you have in Australia, I can't get my rig there. I can however, get my rig to places around here. Sorry if they aren't as badass as your spots.
