The rev limiter is altered well it is on mine at least I am running the same map and the limiter is now somewhere around 7,800 rpm although I have only took it there once or twice and the engine didn't really like it.
@James08589 No wonder it didn't like it, its not balanced or set up for that sort of revs, remapping does nothing more than increase your fuel, turbo boost and tweak a few engine management settings, you would have to get your engine balance to rev that high at a hefty cost!. The engines peak power is usually just below where the red starts on the rev counter. You'll fuck your engine in no time over reving it.
thats quick but standard it revs to 7000 and your short shifting at 6 sometimes under! remapp should raise the rev limit try shifting later, how much of a difference does the remapp feel? thinking of getting a dream science on the 1st
Yes it revs to 7k, but the rev limiter is not altered with the dreamscience remap and after 6k the power falls away. All you would actually be doing is making lots of noise, with not much in return.
do have any idea if i can install the C30 T5 turbo upgrade kit to my 08 ST,Volvo has the same downpipe,catback,airfilter pipes etc desing as ST..i'm talking about Garrett gt3076r turbo upgrade kit for C30 T5...
if you're talking about the ATP turbo kit for the C30 yes you can its exactly the same engine and same layout but you'll need proper tune in a rolling rod to make the most of it.

I have recently installed dreamscience race+ and is truely incredible. This is the only mod i have and would highly recommend it!

@daveydizzle1001 Wehn you remap your dash is alterd, a light comes on your dash to tell you to shift up to keep on the maximum power possible.
trust me, Dreamscience is 100000% worth it, will transform your car :)
