Guys this is a really good Game, is not for stupid peoples who just think "the wolf want to fuck the girl, that's all"....i think is just perfect, it's a mind trip, is not a real game, is like writing and reading your own book and maybe you can learn something important from this experience....smoke some weed at night and play it: is just like dreaming!

It's a refined, elegant and psychological game, and I'm serious when I say that it's like making a goth dream, one of those dreams that make you think...

hang on... this game tells you an objective, gives you instructions to get there, creates a wonderful and nice path with prettiness all over, surrounded by an evil forest filled with potential death. then when you follow the game's instructions, it gives you the ending but says you did badly and shits on you because of it...

truly, this is a game that does not fuck around :P

@tristan09100 It's sort of an atmospheric, psychological horror that really depends on the mind's ability to interpret what it sees. Nothing is terribly blatant in this game and a lot of it is implication, which leaves it to the player to draw conclusions.

this is actually one close to the best psychological, surrealism experiences i've ever scene, it has almost infinite layers of interpretative, if you stay on the path, you follow society way of thinking, and nothing is achieved, if your wander of he path, then you can discover new things, bye going p[;laces you were not supposed to go, and by seeing things you were not supposed to see.

The wolf is meant to be a man/boy, who pursues her for her Virginity (which can be another metaphor for the red.)

@frustratedsigh There are different versions of the fairy tale all over but that is what it is meant to represent. You can tell this is an independent game as it is truly original and making the story its based off its own. I haven't played the game but know of it, and being a former Literature student I pay a lot of attention to story. This is a modern twist to the story of red riding hood that takes the opposite direction to the film hoodwinked.

well the way i see it the road is suppost to symbolize the path that society wants you to take and the instructions at the start sort of inforce this grandmothers house is death and the woods are the unknown the path less taken where you find your best memorys if they be good or bad

I like the last-half of your explanation, Rock.

It makes it seem staying on the path is just going about your life without looking back on your past. While heading into the woods and finding objects is when you try to remember something, like looking through your mind at disconnected memories and thoughts. Until finally, if you keep searching, you find your worse memory (the wolf) and you feel horribly crushed. Then again, I need to play the game if I want to get a more indepth analysis.

The more that I think about it, if you don't find the wolf (from what I seen in other videos) you go to granny's house and you either lie or stand next to her. And granny's sorta just starin' at the ceiling.

She has this odd stare like its either saying, "Have I forgotten something?" or "Have I really experienced life?" The granny might be you on your deathbed. I heard the girl in white leads you back on the path, maybe she's your "peace of mind", trying to make you forget about the past?

The game is interesting (or frustrating) in that you can't make a character interact with an item. You have to make her walk next to it and hope she does something with it.

I wonder if that's another form of symbolism? Like, your nothing but the whim that pushes the girl off or on the path. Towards or away from danger.

Maybe its suppose to be like a dream, where you almost have no control over what you do....or maybe its weird game mechanics.
