The US will not do jack against North Korea. China may view that as US aggression. Are we gonna bomb them? I dont think so. Military action....I doubt it.

With their current aggressiveness, sanctions on North Korea will come from the nearly all of free world, and possibly China also. Nobody wants this regime possessing nuclear weapons -- found a cool site; Balkingpoints ; incredible satellite view of earth
The rest of the world is waiting for the U.S. to move on North Korea. All you hear about is how all the other superpowers have denounced North Korea's missle launches but I bet the second the U.S. goes in there and destroys Pyongyang, the rest of the world will say how evil the U.S. is.
Trust me if they do WWIII starts first of China will attack USA and then Vietnam follows Cuba will start in South America and then all the other Communist countries and then you can kiss the world goodbye and Russia might be allied with the Communists since the people there is about to go back to old Soviet
thats a tough question, and i dont know who will make the first move NK or the rest of the world that may spark something, and they obviously don't respect and political agreements from what we've seen the last week
'LeSPauldude45 - i dont know who will make the first move...they obviously don't respect and political agreements...'
NK has already made the 1st move. they are waiting to see how serious the rest of the world is. and telling them that they are not going to be respected will certainly make them laugh till they cry.
We can never make NK act "responsibly". They are communistic/socialistic with a dictator that the vast majority of its people worship. He is probably going to be checking out soon. Their rocket test was an embarrassment, they are like a puff fish or an extremely spoiled child. They are laughing their asses off thinking that these "western" nations are having trouble sleeping at night over a nuclear program! Why do we not fear india or Pakistan's programs?
But who is going to enforce that? Often, it ends up on the US and the US uses war as a means of enforcement. Nuclear weapons will always be around, even if illicitly created.
NK is doing nothing the US hasn't done and in fact the US took it a step further.
Between a fascist capitalist satanic world-wide-state and a scoialist state, I'd rather prefer a red soviet union. I lived Ceausescu era and it was much better and much more stability 4 everyone here, where noone died of starvation, or due to the lack of funding for medical care etc. It was a coup d'etat due 2 the Gorbatchev and Ronald Reagan discussions in Malta, on a ship. I remind you that 3 soviet presidents died in suspect conditions in a very short time, before Gorbi got the presidency
The problem is most Rulers who come to power based on control of the Military, oppress the people with the Military, because they fear losing control.. If they ran the Country in a way that was respectful towards the People of the Country, they wouldn't live in fear of being overthrown.
Absolute Power, Corrupts Absolutely. There are not many men on Planet Earth, who can be King and treat his people fairly.Only one King I know of that could do it.That is Jesus Christ. Yeshua King of Kings!
I think the greatest news may be that China has cut-off some type of Upper Diplomatic ties with North Korea over their latest irrational behavior. So hopefully China will encourage them towards peace and non-proliferation.
I just don't want China to use NK as a bargaining chip in terms of discussions with the US in regards to trade and business dealings.. NK should not be used to promote policies which benefit only China.
Yes NK is not a serious threat in and of themselves. However, as Secretary of Defense mentioned, it is the proliferation and sale of these nuclear devices to radical fringe groups, which could cause problems throughout the world.. So unless NK is made to act responsibly, they are a threat to the entire world, and not just America. If they sell these items on the Black Market, and the items are used to create terror against humanity, that will be unacceptable. That can't be allowed
the U.S. federal government is insolvent. the chinese have told us to "not dishonor" their money by continued huge deficit spending. and the fed prints more. the prostiticians only answer is to tax the people. our "government" is a junkie.

This guy needs sub-titles. I keep missing a crucial word and losing the whole thread of what he's saying.
If they're going to broadcast in English, they should do it right. There's no point in calling it English if you can't understand.
Part of the difficulty is RT's chronic problem with low-quality audio tracks.
I'm a new subscriber, but RT really isn't impressing me thus far. There are just too many other things to watch on YouTube, things that don't require a struggle to understand.
This would not happen if they were not getting support from places like China and Russia. I personally believe that Obama should definitely send more troops in SK to ensure their safety.
Are you nuts? We have been arming them just as much as China and Russia. Why should be protecting the border of a country other than our own? What about our security? Violence from the war on drugs is spilling into america and citizens private property and we are concerned about Korea? We all know S. Korea could not cause (nor would it want to) nuclear proliferation.
If we were not on Kore the entire peninsula would be like that. Could you imagine that. Russia and China have been helping NK and the Nk's are the bad Koreans.
But this makes no sense. They have a had cease fire with s. korea. Is it america's duty to stop communism? If so then why be diplomatic with other communist countries? If it's our duty to that, then what about the very real poverty and famine caused by other socialistic system around the world? Are Korean lives worth more than an Africans or Arabs? We need to mind our business, for once. If we get anymore involved in this situation we do face very real danger of losing american men and women.
Communism is anti-American and it is our duty to bring democracy and justice to the world. The US gives some of the biggest donations in Africa but no African nation has nukes at the moment. This is the risk we Americans face. If we have to go to war to defend democracy then I believe it is worth defending.
In what way is communism anti-american? By your logic, then China should be completely shut off to our economy Communism fails. You think we honestly face a nuclear threat from N. korea? Democracy? We (fortunately) barely practice it here and we want to force it on another nation? This is how the endless wars like Iraq start. Do you not see the danger in saying we have to defend an asian country from one of their neighbors?
America made a commitment a long time ago to defend democracy in Korea and we cannot turn back now. Can you imagine if we just left? We need to be their. Communism is anti-American because (the way it was practiced) was anti democratic, anti individualism, anti-business, and tyrannical. We cannot let this happen to Korea and China is capitalist now.
It's not my responsibility, nor is it the responsibility of my country, to promote democracy anywhere other than here.
Anyone who believes that we ARE promoting democracy anywhere (including here) is seriously misguided.
Communism is only anti-American when it happens in America. The idea that American political "values" must be imposed all around the world stems from arrogance, false patriotism, and effective marketing (propaganda)
We aren't so righteous, but we sure like to think we are.
not really. sometimes, even the opposite. american style of democracy promoting generates communist or left movements. recall Central America and, in fact, South America, as well. don't forget Vietnam. democracy promoting should be careful.
Calling something "democracy" or stating your actions are geared towards promoting it does not necessarily mean it's actually democracy.
What we're doing is establishing and maintaining our leverage in any way we can. That's what the whole NK nuclear scare is about. America wants to make sure nobody else gets nuclear weapons so the American Government and it's interests can be spread.
It may sound great to think we're helping the downtrodden, but often it's we who are doing the treading.
I also believe that we should not be promoting Democracy around the world. However, we should be encouraging Regimes which use a heavy hand against their citizenry to have more respect for human dignity. Just because a Military makes you the King of a certain Country, does not mean you should oppress the people who live in the Country.. So no we should not spread Democracy, but we also should not turn a blind eye to brutality and indignities upon societies.
Yeah, without yankee-doodle SK could have been up at the top with Japan (who mysteriously survive without your "help") - but instead SK is America's slave, making shit for peanuts to satisfy Uncle Sam :(
'StrwberryCoff - But this makes no sense. They have a had cease fire with s. korea.'

Nvm, i have no idea what i'm talking about.
I just know our reserves = RIDICULOUS.
We don't have to trade, or anything.
Everything will need something during war.
We just simply don't.
OUr oil reserve is retarded.
Same with metals, and food.

Also, imagine all the money the gov can borrow from. All the rich people who has no choice....would take deb tabs from the gov.
I mean holy shit.
We're talking about trillions of $'s that we could spend.
our 12 trill debt is a plus for us. If you want war that is.
I'm sure someone in the world will take out North Korea soon.
It's been way to long in history since we've had a war.
Think about it.
I hope USA drafts 10 million people.
Cause that's nothing.

I don't think youtubers are capable of comprehending how powerful the US army could be when a World War starts.
Sure, as of now our US is not that great. Ranked only top 3.
You do realize our reserves can output more then the US can ever imagine LOL.
11+ carriers in use atm? FUCK that, I'm sure we have reserves to make 20+.
We mostly hit, and run from far away.
Imagine full scale 200+ f16 air attack.
Just saying w/o nukes.
