You are a dumbass if the police have probable cause "like the reason you were pulled" they can search. Now protesting you do not want them to search and refusing to leave the vehicle kinda assured your vehicle being searched.
Personally I think if someone is that adamant about cops not SEARCHING (notice I included an R in searching) their car you were obviously making yourself look like you were trying to hide something.
To clear things up on this video......if a law enforcement officer reasonable beleives that the driver of a motor vehicle may be concealing weapon and weapons only. Then the officer is entitled to a terry crisis of.the vehicle which means they can look in places where a weapon may be at. The officer DOES NOT NEED THE DRIVERS CONSENT. Now in conclusion the officer must justify his actions that lead up to a terry frisk.
As far as the video goes from what I heard the officers did nothing wrong.

The law doesn’t allow you to be a roadside legal scholar. If you believe a search is unconstitutional you will have to make a motion to suppress the evidence in a court of law. You can’t interfere with the law enforcement officer’s ability to conduct the search and disobey his commands just because you think you are something special. You can’t earn a law degree from a cracker jack box.
