  • those 6 disslikes are mini mr. banks

  • micheal banks is so cute!!and it's also a cute thing he helped out with the song-- and he put in the most hilarious lines! :-D

  • "ardorable, well that's debateable, I must say!" WTF doesn't he love his own children?!

  • You know it always kills me. Their mother clearly does not have a job that brings in money, why do they need a nanny? A nanny or babysitter is for families who haven't the luxury of having a parent working and a parent doing nothing (you could count the Women's Rights Movement but again it doesn't put bread on the table or a roof over the head or clothes on the body, it is not absolutely 100% necessary). They do not need a nanny.

  • @Chibikan Actually, it would be near impossible for her to find a non-degrading job as a woman, thus she fights for women's rights so she as a woman can get that respectable job to help out the family.

  • @MegaMonkeyTrouble That is true however, it's also clear that she does not need such a job to help out the family. I agree that women should be allowed to work if they wish. I also know that a lot of the trouble with today's children is because they're so used to being bandied about from caretaker to caretaker because their parents are so busy working and what not that they don't have time for them. I'm not saying that a man should work and the woman should stay home with the kids.

  • @Chibikan I AM saying that ONE of them should if they have that luxury. Since she's NOT working a money-making job to help out she should be helping out by caring for her children. In other words, that should be her first priority. Your kids should always come first before anything else. So I;m asking, why do they need a nanny since she does not work? She could still do the Women's Rights Movement, but her first priority should be her children. After all, a good first step to earning those

  • @Chibikan rights would be to show that she can work AND take care of the children too. You can't just go demanding such rights, you must show first that you can make use of them. If you want a job doing what men typically do, show that you can do it. Lift that heavy crate, run a forklift, etc. In the end, marching in the streets and waving banners and standing in everyone's way doesn't help and it just creates conflict.

  • @Chibikan Or a woman could work and the father could stay with the kids.

  • @MegaMonkeyTrouble Right, except Mr. Banks already has a well-established position at the bank that he has worked very hard for, thus it would be unfair to ask him to be the one to give up his job. It's quite apparent that her children are not her first priority if she can't even say to herself, "Hmmm, he has a job and I don't. Maybe I should be the one to spend time with my children." Albeit he could be a little more of a father but that's sort of what the movie is working towards anyway.

  • THIS SONG IS SOOOOO CUTE!!!! XD

  • they are there because as it says at the top it is a sing along version. in other words its for the kids singing along to this song, so they know the words

as qqzzbb22 said,"that is a lot of lines for an 8 year old!!! "

anyway, im sure there was no harm meant.

    x

  • well it does say "SING ALONG"

  • Because theres words and you can SING ALONG to the video.

  • "Well of all the ridic..."

    "George, please!"

    Fantastic.

This is so very poignant. The children yearning for something that neither of their parents, for different reasons, are giving them. Fast forward 40 odd years, and nothing changes except the context.

  • all the problems in the world are being a child wasn't loved.

  • people call my children adorable also and i find it debatable (spelling?) too!

  • you don't think your children are adorable?

  • oh my god, its a freakin joke. haha. lighten up a bit

  • LOL thats so cute!!!!!!!! and plzz uploed the rest of the movie

  • How Old Is Karen Dotrice Playing Jane In The

  • oh, lol

  • that is a lot of lines for an 8 year old!!! they are soo cute! and so true to what kids really want.. just someone to love them!!!

  • Since when was it American? It's English, idiot.

  • Those kids are so freakin' cute!!! i think it's so funny when little kids have british accents!!

  • by jove, i think you've got it with ALL your sing~along magic :):):) 17 AWEvations, john :):):)

  • aww, theyre so cute.

  • Cute kids !!! very funny too
