I can identify myself easily, as an actor and "person", with Ben Whishaw.

Wish i had the opportunity to see his performance as Hamlet and Treplev. Like him i love Hamlet, and was by far the most intense character i ever had the importunity to play.

Ben is for me an inspiration as an artist, and his capacity to work so easily with this intense and pure emotions when acting is absolutely incredible and unique.

Hope he continues for many years to move spectators, and inspire actors with his work.

There was an interview with him in Out magazine in which he basically said he's gay.

Still, he's one of the best young actors around. And such a charming man.

physically, i can see it but personality-wise, I dont see that happening. i agree he is very pretty which is partially good for that role because vampires are supposed to be sexy but I think that same prettiness would work against him in that particular role...i think he has too much of a sweet look about him for that role. just my opinion!

You don't know the Seagull??? Look for Chekov. Actors are not all abnormal, on the contrary, I have found most great actors the kind of people who stick in corners and who are interested in self discovery and the understanding of different personalities.
