I miss my SOG Seal..carried one in Iraq, used on various regular cutting tasks, and did well. Even after using it heavily, it still jumped when i needed it and was able to cut through clothing and fully through skin of an enemy insurgent . GO SOG!!

Yes I too would like to know this. That sheath looks way better that mine. I have a old seal 2000 knife, bought back in 2003. Does sog sell that sheath? I want one.

im sure you can get a sheath through sog website or something. mine came came with the kydex sheath, but when i pull the knife out, the blade slits one of the rubber straps that buttons to the other to hold it in....now i have some damage to it but its all good.

aither take it to a profecional who can sharpen it or just take a sharpening stone and soma water in a bucket, dit the stone in the bucket like eavry 10sec and just use alot of time sharpening the knife... and be realy cautious on the angle of the stone and always sharpen from handle to tip.

exuse my last comment it wasn't directed at the maker of this movie, more so to all the people on youtube useing knifes for self defence. Here in wisconsin killing in self defence is a serious matter and people 'save'ing there own life are always prosecuted heavily.

Pimp knifes, but seriously in a defenceof situation in the united sates you would still have a lot of trouble in court if you killed someone in self defence with a knife. Your better off with spray or a baton.

I live in BC Canada too. If I had bought my trident in a store here in BC it would have cost me a costly $266 including tax. I ordered mine from the net in the States and it was less than half that price. It arrived no problem new and pristine. Depends how much you want to pay. Google SOG trident 2.0 for list of stores on the net or ask local knife stores. I got mine for hiking purposes. I would never stab a person. Too much pointless killing going on. People need to chill!

yes I was looking for these knives and noticed it too.SOG TECH BOWIE.

but anyway ,those are very nice strong blades.

they won't break when you would have to 'pry'someones skull open in a defence situation :-P.

I like the bowie style blades anyway.

The Trident is not Trident(sorry), but Teck Bowie and have the Handle in Epoxied leather washers. The SEAL 2000 have the handle in Zytel.
