  • I really enjoyed and appreciate your presentation. It is very informative. I am going to implement the basic ideas of it, minus the consumption of eating meat or organ products. My body gives me a very strong feeling that those things are not for me. i know you mention that your book has a vegetarian plan. also, i looked for raw milk and butter today and did not find them so i just went with the regular. i am assuming that those will be just as beneficial. thank you so much for your video.

  • I tried eating a chicken liver today I found myself eating it with carrots to disguise the flavor is that alright to do can I still reap the benifits from the liver when I do that what vegetables are and are not alright to eat with the liver I appreciate any input that anyone can give me -Thank you

  • thank you for making this video !!!!

  • I read lypo spheric vitamin c is better than camu camu, also, what do you think about sulfur and MSM ?

  • do you reccomend jersey milk ??

    what about a vitamin d-3 supplement ? a k-2 supplement ? or can i get enough from dairy ?

  • I sank my teeth into the book and have been teething for more since ; )

  • I heard that xylitol was good against cavities and even used a tooth powder containing xylitol and herbs but I didn't have a good experience with it.

I also read that glycerin in most toothpastes prevents remineralizition of the teeth. I have worse experience with toothpaste also containing glycerin from the healthfood store (without fluor) compared to a commercial toothpaste with fluor. Can you explain that? With the non-fluor toothpaste my gums start to bleed more easily

  • @dromycatcher : Don't use any toothpaste. Use only pure baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), which neutralizes acids completely. For sore throats, etc. gargle with 3% peroxide. You need antioxidants, fish oils, and minerals to strengthen gums. Take magnesium malate, enzymes, fish oils, and grape seed & turmeric before each meal. Don't worry, it's not too much. The body needs exactly that much to heal. Also, you need MSM powder with trace minerals twice a day, and B.S. solution before bed.

  • what do you do if you have already had root canals?

  • Was your daughter exposed to fluoride in any way? That may have been the cause of her tooth decay.

  • @JBC814 Not that we know of. However I have a friend who thought that fluoride may have caused their child's tooth decay. It may have been passed down from the parents. I don't know how long fluoride stays in the body.

  • @yourreturn

What are your thoughts on a mineral silica supplement ? WIll that help in the process ?

Also, a zinc supplement ? Magnesium supplement ?

I am very cautious about buying supplements, the liquid angstrom ones are said to be the best though

  • .. also, have you ever heard of using colloidal silver to help with teeth? thoughts?

  • So if i have already had MANY cavities drilled and had a root canal.. will this diet keep me from having to get the fillings replaced? I am horrified of the dentist but am hoping i will have better luck with a new holistic doctor that i am going to be seeing soon. If/when i DO have to get fillings replaced.. what option would you reccomend? Also, raw butter is not sold where i live (not even at co-ops or farmer's markets that i have noticed) .. can i order it online?

  • Nevermind. codliveroilshop(dot)com :)

  • Awesome video. I'm going to order the book. Do you know a good source of fermented cod liver? I'm looking at the weston price website and I only see regular cod liver sources. Thanks!

  • Can a chipped tooth regrow?

  • @Acerbusss in some rare occasions PROVIDED YOU CHANGE YOUR DIET. It depends how big the chip is.

It also can take many years.
