Dude, Not sure if you still read these but I can blast about 215 maybe 220 with my right hand but my left cannot follow suit so I have been just doing right handed blasts but i want to get it down. Firstly how the fuck do you blast that fast in the first place but both hands. Flying fingers? and do you do accented quads to keep the speed up or all single shots? @TheParallelReality Start slow. Slow and steady is better than fast and sloppy. Also, try playing single bass with your non-dominant for a while to develop strengh and stamina. It's like riding a bike though, once you get the basic concept and which muscles to use you're set from there.

@klootzaak1975 doing what he's doing is actually harder with double pedal than with two bass drums so there's no point in using 2 bass drums. i am deep into ankle motion developing and practising right now and, altough i thought it would be easier on my Axis L2-CB, it's not 'cause the slave pedal is still heavier (and of course my left foot is weaker than the right) 'cause of the driveshaft :)
