The video "DGT - Helmets (Spain)" is much more effective than this video. Unlike the WHO video, the "DGT - Helmets" video, released by the Spanish Directorate General of Traffic, shows two motorbike collisions: one, when the two women aren't wearing helmets; the other, when they are. Perhaps the WHO can copy the Spanish ad, subtitle it into the official languages of the country(-ies) that it runs in and then riders of motorized two-wheeled vehicles will be able to hopefully get the message.

I riding around the other day(South east, UK) and saw an old lady riding along on a moped with no helmet atall, added to the fact she didn't seem to have a clue what was going on around here. There really stricked about road safety around here so if she gets caught(and she will) she will get a driving ban.
