  • I never expect they were so good . I do think I can find other play Beethoven Piano Concerto no. 4 better then Wilhelm Backhaus, every thing just right.

  • Phenomenal. I love the cadenza, and the joy and vigor with which Backhaus played it are really wonderful. It's enough to make me not necessarily dread being 81 some day.
