@bakrione the cubs from captivity, they learn the same way hes teaching him in the wild when there growing up in a pack. animals learn how to "speak" there own language the way humans do by watching and listening

I had a blue heeler (she has now passed away, a really sad time in my life, I still miss her soooooooooo much) and her and I use to howl together. Some questions: as a good trainer, would it more helpful for the pup to understand when and why to howl as well as know how to howl? Because I am wondering, "What is the point of howling - beyond just knowing how to howl? I have observed how one of my 2 dogs howl when he is left home and is calling for the other one to return to the "pack".

(of course grown wolves are impressingly beautiful) but i am saying, those should live by the woods, that's their nature, people shouldn't keep trying to keep them as pets, because they are not, i am sure if that puppy had been by the mother side, would have been howling already.
