The drummer is good but he is playing the absolute wrong beat. you are supposed to do bass, bass, snare... with the standard 1&2&3&4& tempo and then you open the hi hat after the fourth snare. And you play on the crash a ton more and you two missed like the best parts of the song. So unless this is supposed to be a joke you really need to

listen to the song again and learn how to do whaqt they are actually doing.
