  • My Right Ear Liked That

  • @FilthyPenguins Yeah, sorry that the audio quality of my 21 year old video doesn't meet your standards.

  • @FilthyPenguins if your wearing headphones just switch sides

  • @killdoser123 epic comment is epic!

  • I Want to Break Free is one of the most addictive songs ever lol

  • oh freddy, you shouldn't have waited so long to come out with the fact that you had aids. you could have helped raise alot of money for aid research.

  • :(

  • poor old freddie. one of musics legends not like the shite talentless manufactured woppers we get from x factor an stuff these days

  • NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Phil Collins? Like who really thinks of the little bald wimp as anywhere close to the talent of Freddie Mercury? Hell, he even lost to his ex-wife who said Collins' music was the result of his emotional wreckage after they divorced. What a little wimp.

Freddie is known by EVERYONE, including today's youth. How many of today's teenagers would even listen to a generic 1980s love ballad piece of crap?

  • He was a great entertainer love Queen or loathe them and he had that wonderful thing that makes the world a richer place - eccentricity mixed with a great deal of talent. He never did anything to hurt anyone else, OK he may have increased his chances of contracting HIV by his lifestyle but he certainly didn't deserve such a tragic end and neither do the thousands of others who find themselves fighting this frightening disease. RIP Freddie.

  • @guitarslinger48

Actually Phil Collins was right. Freddies lifestyle killed him. I love Freddie. Hes a great inspiration but his band mates pretty much say the same thing just a little more tactful.

Freddie himself went to get tested because of his lifestyle. Separate emotion from reasoning and youll get farther on.

  • sheer heart attack on the old record player standing on the settee life is so sad.......

  • It's funny, but should you like or dislike news reports about celebrities deaths?

  • Lol. he said BJ :P

  • Long gone and long missed. I'll never forget the disgusting reception that Queen received in Australia back in 1974 at the Sunbury pop festival. Skyhooks got the same treatment. Freddie had balls of titanium and said to the audience that when they returned, they would be the biggest band in the world. He was right and a lot of of us Aussies ate humble pie. I'm happy to say that I had faith in Queen, Freddie and his prediction.

  • I can't believe it's been 20 years since he has been gone :(

  • he left us 20 years ago and it was still shocking we still love you Freddie. Queen 4ever the best band in the world.

  • Rest in Peace, my friend...

  • Gone, but never forgotten. Rest in peace, Legend.

  • Yes, 20 years since you left us, loved one xxxxxxxxx

  • 20 Years Dead Today... R.I.P. Freddie <3

  • we will rock you the only fav song of queen

  • @TheRonJeremy69 He is a bit of a stoic figure though....

    freddy was bad -ass

  • RIP Freddie Mercury and Eric Carr. Two Rock legends who both died on November 24, 1991! It's just over a week from 20 years after their unfortunate deaths.

  • Was Freddie gay? Don't take that the wrong way. I'm just starting to get into Queen ( yea yea i know im late lol) and wanted to get some info on Freddie like who he got it from and such. I would rather get it here from fans than Wiki. Thx :)

  • @MOONWALKERGUY1

    Freddie was bisexual.

  • he will always be the King and Queen to me!!

  • Freddie didn't die because he was gay, he died because he contracted aids and no person, regardless of sexual orientation, deserves to die from that awful disease. Freddie was a natural born performer and that is what he should be admired and remembered for.

  • very sad.....

  • what are queen without freddie mercury?! he was queen!! they did cosmos rocks, wasn't v good! the best man in music ever!!!the man never missed a note even when he was dying! long live the queen my dears!

  • that's pretty funny

  • Long live the queen

  • Freddie Mercury was the best! God Save the Queen!!

  • im gonna chill with him in heaven 1 day and ask him lets sing we are the champions

  • what a legend, RIP

  • Freddie, don't leave me... Bring him back, God dont take him away because you don't know what this song means to me.

  • 3:48 ha, Kurt Loder accidentally said "BJ . . . "

  • ha, Kurt Loder accidentally said "BJ . . . "

  • I love Freddy Murcury but I do want to say one thing. I miss MTV News and this Anchor. Yes I know that they still have some sort of news but This was the best news show and he was the best Anchorman.

I miss you Freddy and I hope you're showing ever entertainer that walks through the gates how its done so that when they are reincarnated they can do better.

  • i shed a tear

  • What an awesome musician! A true rock star!

  • @J4K31 Bender

  • and that was the day the world ended

  • @RetardedPlums Maybe for you. Not for me. Pink Floyd is still kicking.

  • @RetardedPlums

No where near. He was a great singer, but let's not overdramatize it.

  • @lostindiancamp

    thank you

  • @RetardedPlums Isn't that a bit dramatic???

  • Justin Biebers a tiny cockrouch compared to Queen! LOL :D

no offense but its true ftw!

  • @mindfrek100 please!! how can u compare that shit's steam with QUEEN shame on u :P but really dont do that again.

  • @J4K31 I haven't... yet... I'm 16 though

  • R.I.P Freedy Mercury,we love you you never come back,i like you

  • Was Freddie gay or straight?

  • @purestr4omar He was Bi-Sexual i don't see why that matters but he was

  • Fredric Bulsara? 0:38

    FAROKH Bulsara

  • @naldis253 I agree some points but poor freddie was told he had HIV in late 1987....so 4 years later,he was gone.I know you love him,i do also but he had AIDS for that time and got sick as his immune system broke down causing all kinds of god forsaken pain.

  • @Deecinda Zanzibar is in East Africa situated on the Indian ocean

Mercury was born in Zanzibar and lived both there and India until his teens.

If you really feel the need to point out other peoples mistakes and call them "twats" you should probably do your homework first otherwise its YOU who looks like a twat.

  • long live freddie mercury.

  • I'm so torn if I should like, or dislike this :-\

  • What was live the aid 1985 concert like ?, it must have been sensational !.

  • 2:09 THE SONG PLZ ANNYONE TELL ME ?!?!?!

  • @fouremoi The Great Pretender

  • His name was Farrokh Bulsara, not Frederick.

  • @FreddieMercury951 lol frederick is my last name xD

  • @FreddieMercury951

Well, Frederick was "Farokh" for short, in his case.

politely correct me if I am mistaken.

  • Only 45 years old :(

  • whatever...

  • @naldis253 I agree with you that nobody has a right to judge him, however, pneumonia doesn't develop into AIDS, it's impossible...they're 2 completely different things. Freddy was originally diagnosed with HIV shortly after Easter of 1987. The pneumonia that he developed years later was a complication due to his weakened state from the AIDS. AIDS weakens the immune system to a point where eventually it doesn't work anymore and any other illness, no matter how minor, can be potentially fatal.

  • @tcb19881 Thanks for your kind answer. Most pple just scream at me for being wrong but at least you've taken time to explain things. Thank you :)

  • @qwerty2149 Oh right, my mistake

  • I was only 3 when he died. why do all of the good artists leave us so soon?

  • eric carr drummer of kiss died on the same day

  • This was truly the saddest day and it will always remain in my mind and the pain never leaves your heart. Everytime I watch this, it takes me right back to that day and the tears just flow again like they did back then. Oh how I miss you Freddie!! A true loss to this world when we lost him. ILY Freddie!! R.I.P. friend. Forever loved and forever missed. ♥♥

  • 45 was too young to go. So much he could've produced and written. Makes me want to punch AIDS in the face

  • all I know is that he died the year I was born which is why I am a hopebringer into this world it is my destiny to keep good music such as his alive

  • I wore a mustache on the day he died this year in honor of him. RIP freddie :)

  • I dont know why MTV never got used to playing Queen videos during the second half of the 80s (1985-1989). I remember seeing on a rare occasion the I Want It All video from 1989, and that seemed as far as the broadcasting could get.

  • today is his death anniverery (24th november) RIP freddie

  • rest in peace freddie. no freddie, no queen, no me of today.

  • RIP :D

  • Freddie, we miss you!

  • Tragic loss.

  • @ScarlettKnights Nah, he liked men.

  • @Annoyer101

He liked both, however, he left the bulk of his estate to the love of his life, a WOMAN.

  • Oh, no, it's absolutely clear that he will never be dead. It's 19 years he's gone but still very popular. Who knows may be he will take even more great place then Mozart in world music history...

  • i am 46 saw queen 5x thanks to my big brother made sure we got to see them every time in philly pa freddie is my idol and irreplaceable there will never be anyone to compare to that voice. we lost miss you freddie.....rip

  • whos the best elvis presley or Freddie Mercury ??

  • @MJJ8003 In my opinion, Freddie Mercury was more talented. But Elvis was a superstar in his own right and he made great contributions to Rock and Roll...so that's why he remains the King :~) They were both amazing and sorely missed.

  • @MJJ8003 Freddie absolutely was. even if Elvis was a great singer, Freddie is the best and incomparable to anyone else, that's what i think :)

  • Im 17, wasnt around when he sang, but i am a singer, and a pretty popular one locally, and his music and his singing have influenced me grately over the years... I would like to have been born 20-30 years earlyer, i would live in an age when music was actually good and respected for what it was, not like today... RIP Farrokh, we all love you, and hope you are in a much better place now!

  • @hyperion2hger called him the only best of the best the music world has ever seen though so im sorry i called the only one a crazy motherfucker lol.

  • I love Queen. R.I.P Freddie.

  • incrediblejoe5672 exactly. I'm a '94 baby and how I WISH that time machines existed so I could see him perform, along with numerous other people that died before him.

  • MTVs gone to shit now, i remember when it used to be a music channel

  • This was before my era as I was born in the 80's but can clearly see this guy was one of the REAL Rockers that existed long ago. Now all we have today is Pop crap, Justin Beiber, Jonas Bros, Soulja "the queer" Boy, etc. It's been a sad decade seeing mainstream music dying a slow painful death.

  • i wish i could go see a queen concert:(

  • FREDDIE YOUR ARE THE BESTEST EVER

  • i would give anything to have been born in the 60's so i couldve gone to all of Queens concerts and heard them live

They will always be my favoriite band

Brian my favoite guitarist, John my favorite Bassist, Roger my favorite drummer and Freddie my favorite singer

its unfortuneate that i was born 2 years after he died :(

  • @thepopculturefiend i was born in 1990 ^ ^

  • @incrediblejoe5672 neither was i...i though i would never had the chance to see Queen live...but i did, they came to Argentina in 2008, of course it was not the same withouth Freddie, but it was great anyways

  • @incrediblejoe5672 Don't worry. I was barely 2 when he died. And I wish I was old enough to remember him being alive.

  • @incrediblejoe5672 the exact same thing with me. i was born in 1993 and he has been my favourite singer and queen has been my favourite band for over 7 year. R.I.P.

  • @incrediblejoe5672 same here. I literally never stop listening to Queen and he died 4 years before I was born :( Wish I had been alive back then
