  • heck if you were arrested how did you get out and not get deported? This is pathetic? You went because you knew Obama would let you out. "undocumented and not afraid" be afraid. Americans are getting fed up

  • anyone else notice the mexican flags? also by working you are breaking the law.

  • you are right little girl. You were not supposed to be here. You took a citizens place at arizona state. You are a criminal and should be deported if i had my way I would deport you tears and all.

  • That's why McCain Lost ! WE THE PEOPLE the Citizens, as well as Legal Immigrants SAY NO TO ILLEGAL ALIENS !

  • Sweetheart you are a criminal. I'm sorry to say that, but if you were not born as an 'anchor' baby, you are considered a criminal. You guys need to be deported!

  • @merlan114 asshole

  • @amstevens23 What part of ILLEGAL don't you understand?

  • C SPAN “Black Republican Forum” Session 2 (begin at 11:30) Allen West said one of the 1986 caveats was to secure our borders and enforcement our laws, but haven’t happened. (We’re still talking about new amnesty like DREAM Act.) We can’t allow local cities to make sanctuary cities policies, because they will bring our inner city turf wars to epic proportions by bringing in the drug cartel and Columbian gangs. (Mexican Gangs don’t recognize our borders established by the Treaty of Guadalupe)

  • In November 2010, the unemployment rate was 9.8% with 15.1 million unemployed. (15.1 million/9.8%) = 154 million are able to work in the workforce. 11,941,812 (or 11.9 million) skilled jobs provided to illegal immigrants. GOOGLE “illegal immigration counters”, the 15.1 million unemployed could take the 11.9 million available jobs. The unemployment rate could be reduced to 2.1% {{15.1-11.9)/154}

  • Hispanics are a vast growing population there is no denying that. I see hispanic children growing in our neighborhoods. Only a matter of a few years before they reach the age to vote. What do we expect that the so called "DREAMERS" are going to disappear? How are we going to deport them all? The Dream Act will pass just wait till those thousands of kids get in the voting age. Then we will see who are the more patriotic ones.

  • WE ARE IN A DEPRESSION! We don't need you here and we don't want you here!

  • Illegal is Illegal....leave our country now while you have the chance. Why should we let squatter cut to the front of the line of immigrants already following the current system to legally enter the country? That would be a big NO WAY.

  • Matthew 22:21

    They say unto him, Caesar's.

Then saith he unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's.

  • This is not really about your sin! This is about the USA turning into a 3rd world country. Evil is working very hard at taking USA down, using this very debate. It's allowing Mexican thugs right in to kill & threaten American citizens and LEGAL immigrants. Is this the thing your family ran away from? In your dream did you find yourself running from those same thugs??? This admin is not being good to its own people right now. Do you really think they care MORE for you? Think man!

  • “Only the one who sins shall die. The son shall not be charged with the guilt of his father, nor shall the father be charged with the guilt of his son. The virtuous man’s virtue shall be his own, as the wicked man’s wickedness shall be his own.” - Ezekiel 18:20

  • Go back wet bags if you came here months old or not you need to pay for your parents stupidity or are you telling me that children don't have consequences for what theirs parents did if that's so maybe when a family looses theirs home we should pay for a new home for the children after all they were to young to make any decisions whether to pay the mortgage or not , dame ass

  • @SHIZOUT Are you suggesting that if a man commits a crime his kids must inherent the penalty and society must punish the innocent? “Only the one who sins shall die. The son shall not be charged with the guilt of his father, nor shall the father be charged with the guilt of his son. The virtuous man’s virtue shall be his own, as the wicked man’s wickedness shall be his own.” - Ezekiel 18:20

  • @dmatuz If someone robs a bank to take care of their family will they keep the money to take care of the kids? We both know that. Let me ask you this. If i would waive a wand and make the dream act happen would you support ending birthright citizenship ad departing all illegals after that?

Also if illegals and mexicans supported more republicans then maybe they would support you. Its the you scratch my back I scratch yours.

  • The DREAM Act misses the entire point of being an ILLEGAL ALIEN. Illegal does not mean "if you can avoid being deported for five or more years", it means YOU'RE NOT ENTITLED TO BE HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE. I would like to introduce my own DREAM ACT. I DREAM politicians will begin to stand up for legal, tax-paying, middle class citizens who follow the laws. Help begins at home. Help those who followed the law first. Deport those who came here ILLEGALLY NOW and the anchor babies too.

  • @rseincorp Legislation like the DREAM Act are extremely conservative and base on merit. We got to stop punishing children for something they did not consciously decide. If you read the bill you will realize that this kids must meet strict criteria in order to get a non-immigrant visa status. DREAMers must stay with that status for 10 years before they can be eligible to apply for legal permanent residency.

  • @rseincorp If you do not like the DREAM Act can you at least make an attempt to provide a feasible and practical solution because the mentality of DEPORT THEM ALL is extremely unrealistic. In case you did not know undocumented people pay sales tax every time they buy something, pay property taxes if they rent or owe real estate and the IRS gives Individual Tax Identification Numbers to undocumented people to file tax returns to pay state and federal taxes.

  • @dmatuz Once they reached 18 it was an adult choice not to apply for citizenship so they too have broken our laws! And once they get citizenship they can petition for their parents and no way are we going to reward anybody citizenship that exploits children instead of applying like everybody else!!

Our country can only absorb so many people, and with massive unemployment we are already overpopulated!! These students can take their education and parents and do good for their own country!!

  • @dmatuz Also-are you willing to give up your only sources of income or college opportunity to one of these students? I didn't think so, nobody else should have to either!!

  • @rseincorp what are you talking about? everyone is an immigrant look at your ancestors they are problally from europe

  • Go back you are not an American you are an illegal what part of illegal don't you get

  • @SHIZOUT What part of undocumented children did NOT consciously decide don't you understand?? Or do you honestly believe that a 3 year old has jurisdiction on his/her parent decisions?? By the way DREAMers are American in every way except they do not have legal status. We must stop punishing children and pass the DREAM ACT NOW.

  • @dmatuz

your problem is that you are illegal you have no voice in this country of mine.

Go back wet bags if you came here months old or not you need to pay for your parents stupidity or are you telling me that children don't have consequences for what theirs parents did if that's so maybe when a family looses theirs home we should pay for a new home for the children after all they were to young to make any decisions whether to pay the mortgage or not , dame ass .

  • I welcome everyone to read the bill before making uneducated comments

    gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/BILLS-111s3992pcs/pdf/BILLS-111s3992pcs.pdf

  • how about rather than give blanket amnesty to all of these illegals, they ARE criminals period. they are here illegally they are criminals. so how about these young people in a "grey area" take the dam test, pay the money and become citezens LEAGALLY. she can pay for collage she can get her citezenship, this is bull shit!

  • @abntemplar82 The DREAM ACT is NOT Amnesty stop spreading lies. The DREAM will stop punishing children for something that was not their choice. It was not their conscience decision to migrate to the USA. Just imagine you are 5 years old again how many times did your parents asked for your opinion when important decisions had to be made? I know the answer NONE.

  • @abntemplar82 As most DREAMers were brought without proper documentation, they have virtually no legal method of legalization. They cannot apply or take a test for citizenship. There is no existing legal process for undocumented youth to apply for citizenship. The DREAM Act will be that path of legalization for children to apply for legal residency.

  • @abntemplar82 Lastly the DREAM ACT only provides a non-immigrant visa status for 10 years. DREAMers have to stay on that status for 10 years before even to be able to apply for legal permanent residency. I welcome you to read the bill before you make uneducated comments.

  • Everyone forgets how prosperous United States of America was when the amnesty act was approved in the 80's. Now that all of these anti immigrant laws started taking place the economy breaks down into pieces. Remember that this country was forged from immigrants and with the hard sweat of black slaves and underpaid illegal immigrants. The whites themselves smuggled illegals here so they worked on their farms and such. Now that they are not needed they discard them like nothing.

  • AND I KNOW YOU STUPID FUCKS ...KNOW WHAT IT IS ......MELTING POT ...ITS JUST YOU ALSO KNOW YOU SOUND STUPID BY SAYING WHAT YOUR SAYING ....JROCC013....IS JUST A SHIT TALKING REDNECK DUMB INBREED THAT IS UNHAPPY CUZ HE JUST MIGHT WANT TO BE MEXICAN LMAO...HE STILL DIDNT SEND ME HIS ADDRESS CUZ I WOULD GO BEAT HIS ASS

What's a melting POD? Learn the language Hector.

  • McCain should be removed from office for speaking with a Mexican flag behind him side by side an American flag. HERE is the real and traitorous McCain on video.

  • How about fixing Mexico and the rest of the ~20 countries of latin america? that would be pretty cool if they used their free educations to do that.

  • This is sad for these young people, but their parents committed the crimes and brought their children along by the hand. These people need to stand in line like every other immigrant who ever aspired to be an American. What makes them different or special when compared to the millions who passed through Ellis island and other legal ports of entry. Why should we pass new laws for people who ignore laws in the first place? What we need is enforcement first. Period.

  • WE paid for your dam grammar school education now go back to where ever u came from and help your own country

  • its funny how most idiots seem to think that the tax payers pay for illegals to live here ..but if you think about it the whole economy fell as soon as you got rid of the illegals ...not only do they help the economy but most lazy Americans are mad cuz most illegals are willing to do the jobs that the lazy americans wont do...what you stupid americans dont realize is that this country was built on immigrants most of you so called americans have an illegal immigrant race in you ...MELTING POT

  • @2384529699

    Then who's paying for them??

  • If 2.1 million illegals get a seat in our colleges and universities, that's 2.1 million citizens who don't.

They are acting very much in their self-interest otherwise those with degrees should return to their countries and help out there. That would be a cause greater than themselves. And that guy who wishes some Americans could be traded for illegals---he can go with them.

Millions of people around the world are waiting to come here legally. The can't just walk in and grab the dream.

  • @pesank Maybe the 2.1 million illegals deserve it more than american citizens. How? well the graduation rate of Americans for high school is 45%, after than only 20% of that number go to college, only 5% get a bachelors degree or higher. Now the graduation rate does vary by race but illegals is: 60% graduation for high school , 45% of that number go to college, then 65% get a their desired degree.. now you tell me.. Do American citizens need it more than those who works hard and are not lazy?

  • @2384529699

Gee I wonder where you're from..and your status in this country...really interested in the self interest portion aren't you??

  • @jrocc013 YOU DUMB FUCK IM AMERICAN AND IM LEGAL ...LET ME GUESS WHAT YOU ARE A DUMB REDNECK ..RIGHT ...THE ONLY TRUE NATIVE TO THIS COUNTRY IS INDIANS ..AND DUMB FUCKS LIKE YOU MAKE YOUR SELFS SOUND STUPID..MOST OF YOU FUCKS COME FROM IMMIGRANTS BACK GROUNDS TOO SO SHUT THE FUCK UP ...I WOULD LOVE TO MEET YOU TO BEAT YOUR ASS ..YOU MAKE ME HATE SAYING IM AMERICAN ..

  • @pesank

Or maybe many will go to the military, and I agree many do deserve to go to college. Many of them are smarter than the average American. I'm just saying :)

  • @uFail010

yeah sure they are...they grew up dirt poor and they had the best education in their home country?? If they're so smarter then the average American then their child hood should have been fine in their own country..which is where they should be now..if we had an administration with some integrity..they wouldn't be using these people to keep getting re-elected...but that's all changing very soon. What part of illegal don't you people understand???? They don't deserve anything.

  • @jrocc013

Yeah they probably grew up dirt poor, but they are still very smart and just face the facts they were brought up here in the US. Many of them came here with visa and overstayed so many came here LEGALLY. What you mean by "changing very soon" just because the republicans are taking over doesn't mean anything. I understand what Illegal means but this young kids are not illegals. Pass the DREAM Act

  • @uFail010

Doesn't mean anything now...but it will..

DRINK THE KOOL AID...PASS THE DREAM ACT...joke

  • @jrocc013

Dude I know many us Americans don't want the DREAM Act, but they don't do anything to enforce the law, so why not get this young people to join the military or get educated. It will benefit us in the long run. Think about it they would pay taxes, buy cars, get insurance, get a D. License, they would travel and all that helps out our economy. Many of us need to stop being hardheaded. (Not trying to be rude)

  • @uFail010

I agree the laws need to be enforced but under the current administration they're not going to be...so we should send a message to everyone that you get rewarded for breaking our laws?? I understand what you are saying but the issue needs to be dealt with at the root cause and people need to be held accountable. Reagan gave Amnesty to illegals in the 80's....how did that work out for us?? It's not about being hard headed..it's about enforcing current FEDERAL laws on the books.

  • @jrocc013 Hmm do you not know that under the administration of Obama there has been more deportations? and more crackdowns on employers hiring undocumented immigrants? than the 8 years Bush was in office? Please do not spew out garbage if you are an ignorant ten year old.

  • @jrocc013

Well I'm glad that you trying to understand many people up here would just come out with the 'what part of illegal don't you understand' mainly because they watch to much Fox news..WE all know that the amnesty passed back in the 80's wasn't well taking care of. The new version of DREAM Act doesn't give in-state tuition, no scholarships, no financial aid, no grants, and just a temporary visa and it will take 13 yrs to become a US citizenship.

  • @jrocc013

And enforcing the Federal law, so how do we treat this young people? They came here when they were young, They are not criminals, if they go back to their country they get a 10 yr ban of coming back to the US the only country they know. The DREAM Act is the only chance maybe you should take a time to check out the new Dream version. I'm a American and I want the law enforce but I believe in the DREAM act.

  • @pesank

Exactly...but the illegals and the people supporting their illegal activity don't want to see it in any other way. Their is a process to enter this country..follow it or stay in your own country.

  • Why not we give these "kids" a chance to join the army and "serve" their beloved country WITHOUT any passage to green card or citizenship - let's see how many are still standing in the line.

  • I heard all this blubbering and wonder how is it relevant?? It is meaningless...

Who cares...I want, I want, I want...so? The people in hell want ice water and ???

  • Fuck all that, que chingen mucho a su madre todos los blacos traga mierda. Que van a saber ellos como vive uno, puto McCain y sus putitos.

  • We need to make the border like the Berlin wall, except legals can come in and out without hassle

  • Great stuff. GOP threatens arrest when you ask them about their stance, last week in NH at the Joe Arpaio love fest NH AG/Senate Candidate Kelly Ayotte and her crew had me bounced despite the fact that I am credentialed member of the press and other media were allowed to stay because they weren't asking nasty questions.

Content & viewpoint based discrimination totally, and I schooled Arpaio on a failed NH initiative in 2005 to call undocumenteds "trespassers"

    YouTube search: KingCast + Arpaio

  • go back now

    befor we hunt you down

  • @hcwcars1 Hunt me down then, I will be waiting. I am on 16st and Missiouri camped outside McCain's office. I am fighting for my future, and the future of the nation.

  • I have a "Dream Act". Send ILLEGALS out of the Country, regardless of circumstance. Allow LEGAL IMMIGRANTS to enter.

Close the border, secure it for the AMERICAN people. "We need the labor force illegals provide", BS... Any shortfall will be made up by our new LEGAL IMMIGRANTS and unemployed Americans. Until all AMERICAN JOBS are filled with AMERICAN WORKERS we don't need a worker program that includes planting the kind of "roots" these people have planted... I'm not talking about vegetables!

  • @cryNforAmerica Sir if you are so eager to take the jobs for undocumented workers, then, go and pick grapes in the fields of Fresno, or work construction in Arizona for 8 dollars and hour. The big money goes to big corporations, while the American consumer gets cheap food, and services, the exploited immigrant gets by. The DREAM Act will benefit the best of the best.

Individuals who wish to serve and protect, or want to continue their education.

  • My compromise is to deport without any wasted court time!!!!!!!

  • @blackcatsoda Yes we should deport all the illegals. The illegal Americans who live in unauthorized land seize from the Native American by the American government.

Educate yourself, unless you will sound like an idiot in public, just as you do know.

  • @jose2007cc It seems, Jose, that you are an idiot and while I would not mind them tossing you on a grenade, I would not want someone as stupid as you defending MY country.

I am an Indian and we are starting from the last amnesty. You are not from north of the Rio or you would know that your ignorant country SOLD whatever hold they had north of the Rio...So little MOJADITO, this restaurant is full, no more freebies..you don't have to go home but you can't stay here.

  • DEPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @blackcatsoda Hi, my name is Jose Patino I will be at the Arizonan Capitol tomorrow performing a military drill, to show my support for the armed forces. I want to pursue a career in the US military. I want to show that I care for my country, although, I am not able to. I believe in honor, respect, and loyalty to my country. I want solutions, not mindless chatter with no rationale.

  • Finally a bill that makes sense. If these kids are ready to become productive members of society then let them be!

That’s what WE REALLY NEED here in the US. Productivity. People who are willing to work hard to keep the United States as the best damn country in the world! PASSS THIS DREAM ACT!!!!

  • More Treason talk from Juan McCain. Fresh off a RINO victory for the new world order he no longer needs to pretend to be a Republican.

Congrats Democrats, Communists, and Globalists. You got your man back in.

  • @OddballAZ This is not about being Republican or Democrat. This legislation makes sense for America. Perhaps we are evicting the next Albert Einstein

  • @dmatuz Albert Einstein immigrated to the US LEAGALY!!!! That's the whole point! Nobody has a problem if you do it the LEAGAL WAY. Where we know you're not a criminal, you're not a terrorist, you're not a welfare baby, and you are capable of providing for yourself! Also you take a citizenship test, so you know that this is not a communist nation, and you know why America is the land of the free and not a 3rd world shit hole. There is an education process in legal immigration that is important.

  • @OddballAZ Didn't Einstein get a "shortcut" because he was a) an intellectual with broad knowledge of physics which could help the US develop the first nuclear bomb and b) persecuted and hunted by the Nazis who wanted him dead?

    I'm just saying...

  • Well let me remind you something here, the Dreamers such as my self are individuals who are completed attached to the local economy and the society as a whole. We are not dish washers or people with odd jobs. Rather as obvious from the conditions set by the Act, we are all educated and in the process of gaining higher Education. I earn $48,000 in Cash annually from a steady job as a Graphics developer, I'm asking the Gov to give me the chance to pay Taxes & become a loyal Countryman!!!

  • @harisnsiddiqui Every undocumented person living in the USA pays sales taxes. Every undocumented person who resides in a home in the USA pays property taxes—directly if they own and indirectly if they rent. Undocumented people are given an Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN) by the IRS to file tax returns. By 2004 the IRS has issued more than 7.3 million ITINs.

  • (cont.)

Overturn the prohibition on illegal aliens receiving federal student loans and participating in work-study programs.

Allow amnestied aliens to apply for citizenship and petition to bring their extended relatives, including their parents who brought them here illegally, to the U.S. after six years.

  • @MuddleVanHeck The DREAM Act only grants conditional residency thus avoiding chain migrations. DREAMers will not be able to sponsor parents nor relatives. Undocumented students are ineligible for any type of financial aid or any government assistance if they attend school they pay out of pocket or with private scholarships. Read the bill just google S.729

  • For those who refuse to be fooled again, here's the DREAM act:

Offer legal status and a "path to citizenship" to all illegal aliens living in the U.S. who entered the U.S. before they were 16 years of age, and who have earned a high school diploma or a General Educational Development certificate (GED). The act also repeals the federal prohibition on states offering reduced in-state tuition at state-supported colleges and universities to illegal aliens.

  • @MuddleVanHeck 1) DREAM ACT is offering conditional residency not a path to citizenship. 2) To be eligible for the DREAM Act you also have to complete two years of higher education or join the military 3)The DREAM ACT is not about paying in-state tuition. For example in Arizona every person who is not able to prove citizenship or residency has to pay OUT of state tuition this law is known as proposition 300. If DREAM ACT passes proposition 300 will still be enforced.

  • I think we should start removing these innocent children from the custody of their criminal parents once they're found to be here illegally. We LOVE children! We'll adopt them, and their parents can lose custody of their kids like so many Americans do when they demonstrate they can't be responsible parents.

    How's THAT for a plan?

  • @MuddleVanHeck We understand our parents made a mistake and we should NOT punish children for their parents mistakes. Thus passing the DREAM ACT is so important, America has already made an investments and we should take the advantage and use this educated workforce.

  • I'm getting tired of the sob stories. Sure, I feel for the girl, but if she was an assett to our country rather than a liability, she, too would be encouraging border security and enforcement, and THEN she could ask for special favors for herself and her family.

We have become so politically correct that we've allowed a fractional super-minority to make all the rules. Right now the American people need their jobs back, and McCain...we're watching you!

  • @MuddleVanHeck We believe in border security and enforcement and a few weeks ago the Senate passed a 600 million dollar border security bill it is time for the DREAM ACT NOW

  • is not a crime to cross any border, the world shoulnt have borders after all, there is no place on earth that belongs to an an individual alone or a particular race or nationality, the fact is that if the peole who are againts this DREAM ACT solution are ignorant and full of selfishness, if it was the other way around it will be you begging" for a chance, dont be stupid and arrogant. You are just a bunch of losers afraid of little competion that's all.

  • @valentino0000

"It is not a crime to cross any border...blah blah blah"

Grow a frigging brain, and guess what else? We didn't vote for you, so you don't get to make up the rules.

  • JOHNTHUNDERBEAR. Dream Act is NOTamnesty for EVERY undocumented immigrant. It is for the children who were brought here WITHOUT a choice. We have already invested in their education, they have made the best of their situation. They can give back to the economy and society and let them put their degrees from college to use! I just met a Dreamer named Michael who has been in the r.o.t.c. all of highschool and now wants to join the army but can't. These kids want to protect America. ='s Patriotism!

  • @debsinging5

Has it occurred to you that post-doctorate degree these days can barely earn you an average income these days? You feel-gooders are getting a bit too expensive to listen to any more.

If they're such great kids, tell them to start acting like they give a damn about American values and the will of the American people. All I hear is gimme, gimme!

    AMERICAN KIDS FIRST.

  • @MuddleVanHeck Tell me what privileges has been afforded to these students that American kids haven't been.

And what American values are you talking about? You mean values such as going to school to receive an education so they can get jobs to make this country better?

Clearly you don't understand the DREAM act. It's basically giving in-state tuition breaks for foreign nationals. I can't send my kid to college and receive this subsidy, btw, the American taxpayer gets stuck funding most of these colleges and universities, so if we're going to foot the bill, let's start sending American kids to college who can't afford the outrageous tuition. Furthermore, they should stand WITH America when we demand border security first. Where were they?

  • @MuddleVanHeck It's giving students who've been here their entire lives a chance at contributing to a better society. Most states make it so that undocumented students have to pay out of state tuition. On the other hand, all it takes to get in-state tuition for any American is just to live in that state for a year.

If anything, US children are offered MORE opportunities to go to college through various public scholarships and grants that aren't available to undocumented students

  • @audiporvida

It sounds to me like the amnesty crowd shot themselves in the foot when they declined to support border security and the cracking down ofhiring illegal immigrants. The 80% majority now want nothing to do with any form of amnesty until the government can demonstrate they've solved the problem of continuing illegal immigration.

I feel for the kid, but you're missing the point. You should have helped solve the problem a long time ago. We're broke, unemployed and mad as hell.

  • @MuddleVanHeck But the DREAM Act is not amnesty. It's what your xenophobic politicians and right figures have been telling the public and the sad part is people are believing it.

I think that everyone in the United States wants a secure border. Trust me, I live in the heart of the immigration battle in Phoenix. But we can never make the border 100% secured. People will find a way to get in.

  • @audiporvida

No matter what measures we've taken, the open-borders/amnesty crowd has marched against. We wanted to crack down on the employers, and the protesters marched against it. We wanted something as simple as requiring an ID card, and the amnesty activists were opposed to that, too. No matter what we do, it just isn't good enough for you folks. We're tired of trying. We just want border security while we TRY to salvage whatever we can of our former economy.

  • @MuddleVanHeck There are more troops at the border than ever before and more sophisticated technology and yet the numbers are slightly down. What will it take to stop it 100%? 10,000 more troops? More cameras? A "danged" fence? No. Begin by fixing the broken immigration system.

We are beginning to look like an exclusionary America. What ever happened to "Give me your tire, your poor. Your huddled masses yearning to be free"?

  • @audiporvida

Apparently you're not keeping up. We've had nothing but resistence from this administration regarding border security. Sending a handful of gurds to answer the phone isn't a solution. I've seen the video footage of drug cartels coming across en masse, and nothing is slowing down. We both know that, don't we?

BTW, "Give me your tired" blah blah wasn't meant to be a free-for-all. We have laws regarding immigration just like every country, and terrorists want to kill us.

  • @MuddleVanHeck A few weeks ago the Senate passed a 600 million dollar border security bill. The Obama administration is deporting more illegal immigrants than even before. Not even Bush deported so many people. We see enforcement at the national and state level. Whether you like or not the immigration system is outdated and has to change. America it is in need of a well educated workforce, we need engineers, nurses, doctors we are always running short passing DREAM will create a better America

  • @MuddleVanHeck This administration has done more to try to curb illegal immigration than the previous one. There's no way to measure how many people cross the border (for the obvious reason) so the best indicator of border crossings is the number of arrests made by Border Patrol. That said, the number of arrests have gone down.

Although we do have laws, people fail to see that the system is broken. And I've never heard of terrorists trying to come through the southern border.

  • @audiporvida

One last thing, audi...if this prez and this congress doesn't secure the border, the next ones damn sure will.

  • @MuddleVanHeck DREAM ACT is not amnesty because this children did NOT commit any crime. A few weeks ago the Senate passed a 600 million dollar border security bill. The immigration process is unsustainable we need to create a better process to decreased undocumented immigration. Arizona still has E-verify but we need more like a biometric ID however many Americans oppose this solution. We need to compromise but no one is willing to do it.

  • @MuddleVanHeck Anyone who is determined to go to college can do it in America. This is why America is so unique there are endless opportunities if you are willing to do the work. If any person says I cannot continue with higher education due to the lack of funding it sounds like an excuse to me. There are scholarships, grants and financial aid available for every American. The problem is that a lot of American kids do not realize this and take it for granted and do not take school seriously.

  • @dmatuz That is a lie!!! My son applied for financial help from the govnt. We are middle class tax paying legal citizens. He was given $1.00 from our government! Because, by law, they have to give you something. That's a slap in the face to us Americans who've paid taxes for many years!! We help fund these colleges & universities. We work hard for our $ to try to send our 3 kids to college. THEY get it for little or nothing. BTW I'm Hispanic. We barely 'get-by'. Neither child went to college!

  • @MuddleVanHeck I am a volunteer engineer coaching middle school and high school students the importance of science and technology in the world. I am also a volunteer in a foster care home mentoring a kid who life has not been the best. I am a volunteer educator for adults teaching English as a second language. I volunteer with a non-profit promoting the general welfare of immigrant students. How can you dare to say that I do not give a damn for America?

  • JOHNTHUNDERBEAR. Dream Act is NOTamnesty for EVERY undocumented immigrant. It is for the children who were brought here WITHOUT a choice. We have already invested in their education, they have made the best of their situation. They can give back to the economy and society and let them put their degrees from college to use! I just met a Dreamer named Michael who has been in the r.o.t.c. all of highschool and now wants to join the army but can't. These kids want to protect America. ='s Patriotism!

  • Man the kids who grew up in this country are AMERICAN. They talk like americans, they dress like americans, they eat american food, they watch american sports, they watch american movies, goddamn everything american.

You don't consider them american simply because of a piece of paper? Ridiculous...

The people who don't want the dream act to pass are probably the same people who didn't want slavery to end. The same people who support slavery and the KKK. You're a disgrace to americans

  • You would get more respect and sympathy from American Citizens if they would take that Red and Green RAG down hanging i the background! NO college for illegals till every American has a chance first! All these people talking about wanting to give back to America, go down to East St Louis, IL or the South side of Chicago, IL or Harlem and volunteer! STOP sending money out of this country!!!! America FIRST!!!!

  • @MrSimonGirty Every American does have a chance to go to college. If an undocumented student, or "illegals" as you call them, can overcome a language barrier, pay a couple grand more (because of out-of-state tuition), and earn a degree, I don't see how any American citizen can't.

  • @JohnThunderBear Or akin to calling a TEA BAGGER a PATRIOT. Just sayin...

  • Kick all of these fat beaner students back to mexsucko! No to the 'Nightmare act!"

  • If this were ANY other country it would not be questioned and our so called law makers NEGLECT our laws.

  • McCAIN HAS GOT TO GO!!!! If you have friends or family in Az make sure that they are registered to vote and tell them to write in Ian Gilyeat for senate. He is an Independant so he isn't obligated to either party and he wants to see our military on our border NOW!

  • The Dream Act is good for America, McCain knows it but sometimes politicians think in what is good for themselves.

  • And to Sen. Juan McSame, GO FUCK YOURSELF.

  • @Kahn535

it doesn't mean its right, idiot

  • @Kahn535 clearly you do not see both sides of the debate. And why should you right? you are already an "American-citizen" Your Ancestors were European.. They IMMIGRATED here to lived a better life and to give their children more opportunities then they had..Well I guess there goal came true. Their children's children children children want to deport the people that set out the same goal as your ancestors did. I major in psychology sir what do you have to say to me?

  • @Kahn535 thats funny cuz in that case... lets see the white man as a virus cuz you in slave the black then loose control then you try to close the boarders of a country you dont belong in ...do your history moron...anglo sax ons or the disease as i like to call you come from another country ..

  • there is always someone feeling bad because they are loosing opportunities. You have to and should have gone and made the efforts to become legal instead of waiting. You had to opportunity but you ran and hid like the illegal you are. I cannot help you but your own country could and you have to go back and fight for a better life in Mexico. That is how you should be doing. Go back with your education and start something to HELP YOUR PEOPLE!!!

  • Fucking McAmnesty.....He has used up all of his cards....He's gonna get run over by a tamale truck

  • The ones with degrees should be able to find a job in Mexico. We are taking the Republican party back, and then we will take the country back.
