@Tadg27 Hey thanks! That means a lot, especially since I don't consider myself a very good vocalist in the slightest haha. I'm currently writing and recording my own music and planning on doing the vocals myself, and it's a constant uphill battle! Nice to hear from another fellow lefty, as well.

really astonishing cover, and so poignant a story. definitely makes my 'best of' list (I was compiling a playlist on my channel). this one is as near perfect as it gets, lovely pace, reverb is dreamy.

@irishamanda1 I am slightly addicted to reverb. Sometimes I overuse it for sure, but I'm so drawn to creating a spacey sound in my mixes, I can't help myself. It's quite heavy on my own songs that I'm recording, as well. And thank you so much, I'm quite honored to be on your best-of playlist!

@TheDistanceBetween11 Thanks for your kind words dude! But keep in mind that I approached this like a studio recording and layered one thing over the other. I was able to pick out my best takes and eq/edit everything. I never use auto tune but if I had played this live in front of the camera in one take I surely wouldn't have sounded as good lol! As for your own stuff keep practicing and having fun, and you'll always get better :)

@stevezee64 Thank you. There is no getting over someone so essential, just finding the way to live without them and continue on stronger than before, in my opinion. Eventually we all find that's easier said than done, and in some cases it's a life long struggle.

The exotic wood acoustics are awesome, by the way. Great action and sound. I would love to find another in the Zebrawood or Ebony build, but I'm sure they are right handed only.

@spoonido That means so much to me, thank you. Recording this song was the first time I had any sort of real comfort over the last 6 months, even if it was short lived it still helped me focus for a few weeks. It helps to know that other people enjoy it also, I'm glad you like it.
