There are normally major symptoms, but it's always hard to tell if they relate to a tumour. Thats why tumours are always difficult to treat.

stuff like dizziness, visual problems, seizures, vomitting, tremors, memory loss, headaches etc... but most brain tumor symtoms can be mis diagnosed as more common illnesses
