Is it hard to place ur app on phone? coz I heard that u need to rebuild everything each time u wanna test ur app on iphone (in case of ur app uses accelerometer or gyroscope on iphone4)
@turkishsniper it's actually really easy. You put your .cpp and your assets in a .zip file, upload it to their Build Center, download it within a minute and drag it to iTunes to sync.... 123 wham bam and on your iPod/iPhone/iPad
@GhillieCombine No. It's just $99 for the whole package, but if you don't want to spend the whole thing right away you can pay $50 just to get the simulator.
Hats off to these guys because they've done a great job, but for people evaluating similar technologies, AirplaySDK is well worth a look. Definitely more complex, but it's cross-platform (iPhone, Android, PSP) and much more polished.
Hey man I know how to use windows visual and I am about 20% know what I'm doing. Can you post a tutorial on how to make a game like yours. If you do that you would e awsome. I subbed and rated 5/5
DragonFireSDK's functions calls native iPhone Objective-C functions, then you log into their App Build Portal and a Mac actually builds your game. Then you send it on to the app store.
how long did this take u 2 make?

i think it will be free soon, nobody will buy it. Its too expensive.
AnewBANDareHERE 1 year ago
@AnewBANDareHERE You pay the same price for iPhone dev on Mac. On Mac, $99/year. With this, pay $99 once, no yearly payment.

@TazeTSchnitzel now u just pay $50 once! ive got to get this!!!
GhillieCombine 1 year ago
@GhillieCombine No $50 is for starter kit. When you want to test on a real iPhone or put in app store you need another $50 upgrade

@TazeTSchnitzel oh....thats kind of stupid

Does anyone know if executables from this are ok in the App store? Or will everything you code with this be for jail broken apps phones only?

ckb00 2 years ago
One question, how do you send it on the iPhone?
DanGuerrer0 2 years ago
you convert and build your code into a .app file in their App Build Portal (still in beta testing) then drag and drop it into your jailbroken phone
ckb00 2 years ago
so would this work on non jailbroken phones? (@ the end you said you'd post it to app store, would they take it since it wasn't developed on MAC?
