Like for my body type- I was told by a doctor I should weight about 150. I don't think I'd be happy with that wieght...feel I'd be too small-anyhoo...maybe you should check in to how much you should be losing. You might find out from the doc that you only need to lose a little bit and that you're right on track- Just a thought.

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's a daily challenge. So I know how you feel. I gained 30lbs when I was in grad school. So at least you're not out of control like I was. As long as you stay on top of it you'll be straight. By the way 5lbs=17,500 calories Good luck with fat smash. I've decided to do it again too.

I am about to go make my bwn rice. YUMMY!! lol go have my 2nd serving of bwn rice 4 2day. Stick with it I'm right there with u with the diet and school.
I don't eat the brown rice. I just don't like it so I won't eat it. That's one thing I've learned about myself while dieting. I don't like to have to force myself to eat anything. Good luck!
In Advertising, it doesn't work that way. You have to have a good book (portfolio) to get a job. In order to get a good book most people go to ad school after college. I don't feel like I'm wasting my talent on school; I feel like I'm sharpening it. I love school (probably why I'm on my 2nd Masters). And I'd rather learn as much as I can about something I want to do, than work somewhere I don't want to work for them to pay for me to learn something. But I'm also a minor nerd.

I go to this bootcamp-like gym. It's a different workout everyday. There's running, squats, pull-ups, climbing ropes, flipping tires...all that hellish activity. On a good week I go 5 times.

Tip: My friend used to take picture of herself in her underwear at her heaviest and tape them to her refridgerator and cabinets to keep herself from eating too much. It worked. She lost over 100 lbs.

In Advertising, it doesn't work that way. You have to have a good book (portfolio) to get a job. In order to get a good book most people go to ad school after college.
