By hand, just like in the old days. Flash does have the ability to warp a shape to look like it was rotated on its base, but I had to do it one frame at a time and add the white "edges" by hand. I had the original video imported and sitting off to the side so I could look at each frame and try to copy it.

It does look faithful. Now if only you coud recreate the Walter Reade Organization logo (see the "Alphaville" post on YouTube as a guide).
