so was the manga..but the animations in the manga is almost always better than those in the anime. the characters got bloated and the drawings get a lot cruder.

But Boys over flower is the WORST manga I have ever read. It is all over the place. Seems like the only thing that makes the story move is either the mom, another hott guy or girl, or misunderstanding coming in between the two!

i disagree. hana yori dango was one of my favorite mangas. the conflict between the two gained sympathy from readers and imo the writer was good at drawing out emotions from readers. everyone is entitled to their own opinions though..
