@chicawazzzzzzza Basically. You won't be able to go yet. It's good to wait a while before you go, and besides semester starts in about october. I will be going to japan about then, but not as an exchange student. I will be studying at a Language School.

If you will be going, obvisually, you don't become an exchange student near Fukushima or Sendai.

Tokyo is by statistics 30% more expensive then every other place in japan.

Myself i'm going to kyoto, great place, and not affected by the radiation

@Isuk1337 sweet, oh well im not really an exchange, im new to this whole going over seas for a couple of months and studying the language but its good to know that japan is holding up, i mean just like MageThief says, our money will help japan rebuild after all, no one is buying japans products anymore =(

@chicawazzzzzzza Go to the south like Kyoto or Kobe if you want a huge city. It is safe there and Japan love you to come there since loads of tourist and students have gone home to their countries. i would not go if I where in Japan now, they need the help from all over and your money spent there will help the economy in the long run and you will show the rest of the world that they should come back to that wonderful country.

@chicawazzzzzzza Yes, as MageThief said. Our money will be there living and help. Language School is not free and costs about 6000Euro for 2years, and thats just the courses. And I will be there for at least 2 years. I'm planning on living my life in Japan instead here in sweden :P
