A really handy little knife is the Appalachian Trail, it's a quick flip 2" blade available from Lowe's for about $7.00, made in USA. I love mine, it's surprisingly well-made in my opinion and takes up very little room in your pocket.
I have a few of those Old Hickories. You can usually find them for a buck at thrift stores and flea markets. What is the short knife on the right at :14? By the way, congrats on attaining "cutie patootie" status.
Years ago, our issued Gerber Multitool served me well on duty. 'Til this day I carry a Gerber MT on my hip without fail. Some people laugh at me for carrying 9-10 ounces of gear on my persons, until one of my tools becomes handy to them. "Be prepared, be safe" and "2 is 1 and 1 is none" -certainly come to mind.
I carry a small multi-tool in my pack when i am out for me about the only thing i use on mine is the pliers But if it works for you that is great it is all about what works for you and what you are comfortable with I know a lot of guys who never walk out the door without one, thanks for the comment

Steve, I get no audio on any of your videos anymore. I don't have any trouble with any other videos just yours, any idea what the problem could be?

The only thing i can think of is your audio controls are not centered

Great vid, covers what people should think about before even looking at knives. They may see what they want, but they won't know what they need.
