Get a godd classical gutiar teacher. Your right hand is terribly tense up and youor left hand is plain wrong. I'm not saying I play better than you by the way. I think with the help of a good teacher your playing will improve inmensely

some hints:
dont move your right hand that much! try to get a better control about your phum and grow some nails! its very omportant for the sound!.
you strike the low e string wayyyys to hard!
be careful not to let it slamm on the neck!
you dont need to play as loud as you can!
play as loud as the peace requires it!
