There was a train station in Watermill NY that was made into a restaurant when train service bypassed it. It was alway fun to watch first time diners as the train sudden ROARED past the place shaking everything and everybody up. Lots of nervous and relived laughter afterward. I don't know about living next to the train.
I used to live a city block away from the elevated subway tracks in NYC, it drove me crazy, after a year or two. This train would be way too much, who would be able to put up with this! Don't do it!
Easy to clean that shower. Not so easy to clean yourself in that shower. It almost looks like they put that shower in because of a city ordinance, not because they have a user for it.

That is the Japanese model shower, but missing the robot controlled scrubbers and squeegies. It is very futuristic. I like it.

I could actually deal with the small shower, but I could NEVER live with that train noise.
