What a great season.

The best two seasons were that season and the last one.

The final-2 of season 2 and of the last season were amazing and everyone could win and would deserve it. I don't agree when people say that Ruben and Archie didn't deserve to win.

I don't tend to follow the show, but the guy in the jersey sounded like a pro. he had the range to pull off a Bee Gees song and make it sound like it should. He even sounds a bit like Kenny Rogers.

high range and Ruben is forced to try and pull

The Bee Gees all have high tones in their voice. Eventually, if you sing a song with them, you're going to run into a high note or two. I think Ruben did pretty good, considering! Besides, he won, he's got no troubles !!!

I never thought about it but probably because he has the best range as well as having learned to truly sing harmony to blend, therefore he is used to NOT having to sing the notes of the song that most recognize, the "main" range of it.

This was the best and most deserving Top 4, I agree. And I think this is my favorite AI2 group number. I love the BeeGees insanely anyway, but add in these 4 singers (and Clay on my favorite "Too Much Heaven"), and I'm sold!

What a great combo. This also reminds me what a great voice Kim Locke has and I'm still waiting for an album that showcases it. Well, Ruben too for that matter. I'm not a fan of the kind of music they've recorded so far. Clay is just WOW! and Josh is doing so well in country.  AI2 had great talent.

American Idol Season 2 has been my favorite. I really loved the last 4 finalists and still listen to all of them. Josh was awesome ... i cried when he was voted off!

This was the BEST top 4 of all 6 seasons. REAL honest to God talented singers. I also LOVED Clay's To Love Somebody and Ruben's Nights on Broadway. Josh was good with his version of To Love Somebody, but he should NOT have sang the same song as Clay.Josh was much better than Jordin. Kim"s I Am A Woman In Love was much better too. They are all superior to anyone on AI6.
