Yea, I really like my newly acquired mint condition 96 CBR900RR. I'm tempted to do wheelies but afraid that would lead to other things and eventually ruin the bike. So I restrain myself and keep the two wheels on the pavement. Besides I've been riding for 20 years and really don't need to prove anything. ☺

That's the first thing I noticed. Good on him for wearing his gear. I wear full leathers everytime I go out on my bike, which is coincidentally a yellow and blue 954RR.

youd prob wanna start on a 125-500 but even 500 is abit much..

125 is very small good for less than a year

but smaller like a 250 is good becuase its light and easy to maneuver so you have less chance of wrecking it (and you)

a throttle mistake isnt as bad as it would be on the 954 or any other big bike, 650+ maybe

a nice 600 with a restrictor kit is a good way to start, give you the feel of the big bike with a little less danger ;)

Josshhhie - i think 600 is the best way for starters. 250 is to small, and after 6 months you'll get bored and want a bigger bike. So just take 600 and it will be enough to start on, some ppls want to stay with 600cc and never go up to 1000cc.
