Hey thanks for sharing the video, please dont let the "experts" on you tube take away from the fact that you made something most people will Never be capable of understanding, or even attempt creating. Thanks for your video.
hello seamalp, you know, me and my classmates are studying a technical high school, we are on our senior year, and we want to make a cnc plasma cutter for our graduation project, your machine seems to work very accurate and nice, so we wanted you to help us, can you!? can you tell us with more details what mechanisms and circuits did you use for the machine and how did you control it all!? thanks for your help!!
emelerron has a point. His air evacuation device, which is placed under the table, is made of cardboard? I mean, the setup is very good. I love the video. But really? Cardboard? Directly under the table? If it goes up in flames, not much would probably happen, but it's kind of a silly thing...
Try slowing the speed rate down to about 200 to 250 - lifting the torch to about 2 mm, and run it at anti-clockwise, will reduce dross, and bur and nitrate build up i run a 25mm 80amps profile cutter, and the max i cut is 10mm mild steel, P.s i hope you have a P2 Mask on, please please dont breath that in, Good luck
emlerron you are such a prude and somewhat of a wanker. this guy has done a great job and all you can do is try to run him down. Wake up to yourself and stop being a knocker.
@emlerron As much as I don't like negative video comments- he needs to clean up. Sean- You have got to be on the high side of the bell curve to build CNC equipment. Get some shelves for all the "stuff". Get rid of your plastic air tube and cardboard control box. BTW Nice machine.

Smart, all that trash around do yourself
a favor and put the fire dept on speed dial.
Anyone with a ounce of sense knows that
sparks can ignite combustibles. Burn your
house down for metal trinkets that type of
work is done in a safe trash free area!
