The boss I find the hardest in Turok was the Spider Tank. That fricking thing drove me nuts to kill! I finally killed it, but it took me about 50,000 times.

lol, all i did was use the flame thrower into its mouth. Then after like 30 mins of wondering how long the boss battle was suppose to be, I realized maybe I am doing something wrong and supposed to kill the serphant some way, thus why flame thrower is not doing the job. So natrually because of the trex, I ran out with my knife as it striked me, making me die in the end. I raged, youtubed... and tada! I won! WOOOO!! Thnx!

FINALLY killed that thing. And man am I glad it's over with. Now working on beating the final level with the T-Rex, that's even harder than this. I've now died like 20 or 30 times and I've tried all kind of different strategies. I swear to god the developer was hell bent on frustrating gamers out of their minds when they made this. UGH! Still, Turok has some great moments of satisfaction and exhilerating fun. I just wish it wasn't so goddamn hard. Definately not a game to play to unwind.

This beast wasn't to hard I didn't get killed by it, hell it was annoying with those pillars though. Pretty much do what this guy those, except for the knife...just move side to side with the roll when the thing throws the pillars and your fine =D

Tip: A way to defeat this guy a little quicker is the napalm granades your flamethlower has those will do some danage to the beast.

this is acully not the best way 2 kill the beast. in the first part stay in that corner that he cant get u in and when he comes in for a head attack use flamethrower 2 hurt him. after when he throws stuff at u run around then when he head attacks u again go into the conner untill he dies

Games like Turok SHOULD NOT have boss battles. This game doesn't even deserve the title "Turok". On it's own is a great game, but it's a terrible turok game!

It is because, at rare times the sea creature extends it's hit. Meaning, if you hide, and you KNOW you are as far away from it's tenticles as possible, somehow it reaches you, and hits.

Maybe it is an unfortunate bug, or the game designers did it on purpose.
