Earlier this year, a guy named Dexter Isaac, who's serving life in prison for murder, confessed to being one of the three shooters that night, and he said that he was hired to kill Pac by an independent record label's CEO on the other side of NYC. The whole beef happened for nothing. And why would Suge Knight have killed Biggie? Suge placed the hit on Pac cause he was leaving Death Row.

but possibly hired by suge knight himself to advert attention away from the tupac murder and because the east coast west coast rivalary was going on he had a chance to use that as a cover up for biggies death thus making it easier to cover up him having tupac killed and it's the perfect allaby, so one of the two is my theories on who actually killed biggie although i am leading more towards the 2nd theory as it makes more sense because a stalker would've been caught by now.

like tupac getting shot earlier in 95 at the studio where biggie was at the time, than the hip-hop battle between biggie and pac and all that nonsense, than pac being killed "as i said before more than likely by his manager" as a result sparced some crazy minded person to stalk him and send him death threats etc. and finally when he came to L.A. that night saw his oppertunity to kill biggie, or another point is he was hired by someone, but not by someone close to biggie.
