I cannot hold back from saying that I feel the choir did a splendid job of conveying the style and texture of the old Negro-spirituals, especially for such a work that is very technically demanding. I'm overwhelmed by this experience because it demonstrates that a music program in Jamaican high schools is very much probable

and would contribute to vastly to the involvement and expansion of the arts, also providing a starting place for students who have a passion for music. As a Cornwall College old boy, this sort of quality wasn't demonstrated in my years, and I'd most certainly be in this video had I still been at Cornwall today.

Presently I'm acquiring professional studies in voice and opera and I'm certain many others will find similar professional musical paths.
