  • How I love Leo! He was just a big man with so much to share to everyone. The world has been so blessed for having him.

  • Thank you for sharing these. I always seem to come back to them time after time.

  • rip leo

  • bought the book love in 1983 and it changed my whole life.its 2011 now and nothing has changed about the message i got from leo, thank you very much.

  • Thank you so much for posting. I miss him so. What a beautiful soul.

  • @emphaticmusic I feel the same way. His books helped form who I am today. I too regret that I never had a chance to hear in speak in person or to thank him personally.

  • Thank you soo much, Kathy, for sharing these wonderful videos! Leo's been a big influence on my life as well. :)

  • I learned a very helpful way of dealing with my then tottler (35 years ago) as I listened to one of his lectures. He advised that when my child was misbehaving and I wanted to yell or spank her, instead I should hug her tightly and tell her "I love you" and that made such a difference in how she acted after that and how I related to her.

  • who ever disliked this needs love.

  • Thank you for sharing!

  • My favorite professor from my university days

at USC. What you see in his videos is EXACTLY

what he was like in real life, long before he

became a well known writer and lecturer. And

it didn't matter if he was speaking to 5 people

    or 500...or just to you.

  • @Jeanne90275 It must have a blessing to have known him. I have several letters from him that I cherish

  • I found a quote on love with his name and I am amazed at his approach. Even thought this was during the 80's, it all still applies today.

  • wonderful human being... marvellous teacher... Thank you for the up load... :D

  • I have watched all his recordings and found him to be simply a wonderful man who chose to give his life to Love. Regardless of how he presented his meassage;he was simply wonderful. Reminding us to rach for the best in ourselves. Good man, great message.

I love him and all of you as well, hey want a hug? ;-)

  • Don't focus on where love isn't taught. Find new ways to spread Leo's message. If Leo was alive he would tell us to get over it and just Love, Love Love.

  • thanks for upload this videos, you are the best.!

  • Leo was such a wonderful person and educator. His books should be used in every school, but then, liberals would oppose to that since Mr. Buscaglia talked about love, Jesus Christ, against abortion, Christmas, etc. Liberals hate Mr. Buscaglia.

  • The message of Leo Buscaglia is love. If you're such a fan of Leo Buscaglia I must question why you fail to extend the love he speaks of to liberals.

I am a liberal and I love Leo's message. Politics, religion, sexual orientation - none of that matters. We are all humans and are deserving of love. As Leo so often points out: real love has no conditions.

  • I am not against love, but some of Buscaglina's books can't be used in the public school system because he was talking about Jesus Christ. I do not hate his books, you misread my words, I want his books to be used in our schools. But then again, they are not politically correct and can't be used because some Liberals are against it. There was a conficl with one of his books and I was deeply sad about it, because as you said, his message was love, the same as Jesus Christ.

  • What an ignorant comment. You can't get much more liberal than Jesus Christ!!!!!!

  • When I found Leo's book 'LOVE' I was just 14, some thirty-plus years ago. My parents were a mess. I endured their divorce and abandonment by my dad, and other painful circumstances that went on for another decade. That little book saved my life as a teenager. I'm now an emotionally healthy and happily married man, in large part to his books and how he led me to read other things. I wept when I heard of his passing. I regret never having an opportunity to see him speak or to thank him in person.

  • @emphaticmusic Bus 9 to Paradise made me believe in Love again :)

  • thank you so much for helping me...

  • I became a believer in love from this wonderful man when I was in high school in the 80's...I have read several of his books and I have mostly enjoyed his LOVE book..this man has been a very strong inspiration in my life even today...LOVE can be so simple yet we tend to make it so complicated. It is nice to know that all we have to do is allow ourselves to experience it and share it and give it and ask for it back!! We need to stop denying ourselves to love and be loved:)

    LIVE,LOVE,LAUGH!

  • Thank you for posting. I took a week class with him at Univeristy of Hawaii over a decade ago. Great man, I miss him.

  • Thanks so much for sharing this. A hug across the digital devide. Peace and Love

  • Thank you very much for doing this for us!!

A Huge Hug & Lots of Love!

  • Kathy, Thank you so much for sharing Leo's videos. I have almost all of his books and many audios and have been reading his words since a summer I spent alone in Germany in 1993. My dad's name is Leo and so is mine. I am privileged to have a namesake. Felice Leonardo Buscaglia. Next to my family models,

he is by far one of y models for living, loving, and learning.

    Thank you,

    Leo Llonch

  • I am a big strong guy, but I cry like a baby when listening to Leo B. Thank God for him.

  • Kids do still have the magic! My little 3 year old granddaughter is getting as CRAZY as pop pop, yesterday she was outside, she said HELLO BEAUTIFUL WORLD, HELLO SKY, HELLO TREES, HELLO GREEN GRASS, I LOVE YOU! Her name is Rinoa, she is a sweety!!

  • Thank you for posting these. I remember being a kid, and I should have been in bed, but watching some Leo Buscaglia programs late at night on public television. I just remember he made me feel better about life, he just seemed so kind and nice.

  • I miss Leo. Kathy, thanks for posting these up.

  • My Mom gave me a listen to a Leo tape as a young frustrated teen a couple of decades back. His message never got old and still resonnates in my mind, especially when I'm not looking at the world in a positive way. Can't imagine what I would have been like without his support and simple message of treating people with love.

  • "How wonderful to be needed! And how great to need and be able to say to someone-i need!" L.B.

  • Leo your t-shirts color is aweful! i dont know who chose that for you...anyway i still love you u know!

  • thanks for adding this video! many thanks
