He's been shoving so much that it's fair to assume that his range will be not only consist all the obvious combo draws, 2prs, sets, but also like bare KJ,J9 and as we've seen second pairs. Against that kind of range he's got 56%ish equity and is getting a little worse than 1.5 to 1, so call. But it gets closer if Daniel shoves all his toppairs which i doubt.
Once again Daniel proves his fishyness. Calling Todd's c/r 2nd pair, no draw is cool with an aggro dynamic but like that he just lights money on fire with what is the worst hand most of the time anyway and rarely gets good turns. And his flop-shove against Chan with pr + gutter is pretty bad. I mean Chan's 3betting range is way to narrow to make that good/he'll give up his AK/Qs anyway on the turn unimproved...so he just hopes to magically fold out 99+ with a close to maniac-like reputation.

I think Antonio called because Daniel said "you will sleep better" implying that antonio was beat and he should fold the hand. Antonio did exactly the opposite of what Daniel wanted him to do.

That means he wants Antiono to fold, otherwise he wouldn't say this. And Daniel sound very sincere so he wasn't lying (doing the double trick pony). So Antiono called because daniel wants him to fold.
