people in the UK seem really set on class distinction. much different than the US. Jarvis is great, a lyrical genius. but that same kind of "oh, they're working class, they're good" mentality is also what fuels a bunch of shit music like Oasis.
Its not like that, its about them being able to identify with the music. They wouldnt shun music because it wasnt 'working class' people just like to listen to music that they can idenfity with.
