I hate the crappy music of this version, otherwise it's a huge improvement over the SNES port. Anybody else notice how Belger hitting the ground sounds like he's landing in a trash can? Nice touch! ;)

What are you talking about? Final fight 2 and Final Fight 3 came out exculsively on Super Nintento a long time ago. And recently they've made Final Fight Streetwise on Xbox and PS2.

from what i heard, the reason why guy attacks cody at the end is because cody was about to ignore jessica (who was technically rescued by cody according to the official canon), and guy had to stop him thinking of himself rather than jessica

Oddly enough I've heard many theories on why he "beat the cunt out of him". The basic and most primal reason was that he was jealous, knocked the crap out of Cody and then let him be. The second theory was that he had the foresight to stop Cody in his tracks for Jessica. Either way its a great melancholic ending.
