i'm really sad they never brought jess back. i know no one else will agree but i think during season 3 he was a terrible boyfriend to rory. he never wanted to do anything she wanted to do, he pouted when he did and he never let her in. but he matured and grew up and THAT'S when they should've been together. i heard the writers wanted the show to end with them together anyhow. sad :(
